I think Una really believes and is trying to convince people that Hu Tao is scum. I also think scum!Una would have given up on trying this by now because doing this is not affecting the gamestate in any tangible way or particularly appealing to anyone.

Why did you ask about una and what are your thoughts?

I have a hard disagree on this.
Scum!FL (if currently satisfied with the gamestate) might do exactly this.
They are safely in the middle pack of most players lists I think, or at least they are not going to be the D1 limm for anyone.
Based on my reads on their scumgames, they thrive in a situation where town has a slight trajectory based on first flips/results, and THEN they swoop in D2 to either fuel them or to derail them.
Either of which scenarios they can manufacture to suit their needs.

^^this was a long way of saying "I think they CAN be and MIGHT be scum here."
