my gut reaction is that hu tao didn't expect this to happen and is panicking and I don't think it's in a particularly townie way

I think the way they've approached my slot in particular has been more along the lines of "look at all the scummy things this slot is doing" rather than actually trying to deduce my alignment

i also generally like their wagon composition

Like honestly, even if I was getting any second thoughts about Hu Tao, or if I had even the slightest of reasons to consider Dann as scum..

I find it absolutely hilarious to think of the somewhat chaotic and often batshit crazy energy that Firebringer has..and then imagine them working silently and calm like in a library or something. In a funeral home. In a courtroom.
Somehow this type of "official" declaration (I mean, it was still just "work STUFF", but you know) made me think of this scenario in my head for the first time and it cracks me up for no reason.

I am an auditor by day. (and nights often tbh). I did think about being a lawyer at one point but i figure i don't have the charisma natural rl energy of presence and you don't really want a lawyer who is always cracking jokes in a trial. But being an auditor people actually appreciate some humor here and there and tho u have to make it more safe for work level its not as serious as people probably imagine the work is at times even though you have to be professional.
