I think, after reflection, that you may have wanted to me to push jjh. It sounded so incredulous because it's not how I've learned to work with people and it's not how I work with people.

Working with people is helping them to solve. Pushing a scumread alone doesn't help me sort anyone (usually). I approach this like a lawyer most times, which is why you should read me by the agenda I want to sort. Unless it's mechanically confirmed, I try to avoid tunneling.

I was hoping you would use your method and influence to say things and counter my premises. I care more about vetting the strength of the argument rather than agreement. I was asking for the floor to investigate and you to check me.

For instance, Prism thinks my slip theory on Ydrasse is bad and is transparent about it. That in turn suggests Prism isn't scum with anyone but Ydrasse. With you tunneling Alisae, there would be no harm to scum in me also tunneling wrong. There are arguments to the contrary, but this is what I mean by people are read in a vaccuum.

My working with someone requires empathy (well my attempt at it) to put myself in their shoes and adopt their process. I could not see a legit thought process in just having me and jjh yell at each other.

I don't want you to sit around and twiddle your thumbs. That's not you at your best. I just don't want us to create a gamestate where no one else can feel heard.

Now, let's talk about imaginality and Firebringer. Firebringer is feeling a bit cartoony.

I’m going back to reading from where I was. But I do think some of us need to better articulate why it is that we’re willing to accept a death tunnel of Town in a game where that player, if Scum, can then escape, only because that behavior conforms with their “Town meta”. I think it’s a perfectly brilliant excuse, to be honest.

In this current gamestate, if you pick out a wagon on which you can unite a decent number of the active slots and bring a couple of the sheepie sleepies on board then the elimination that we get at the end of the day is probably gonna end up being scum approved
