I think it's part curiosity as to what will happen, and part fear that the mafia will garner too much information from a longer day 1 and have a clearer path forward. 15 pages may be low to the point where it becomes pretty problematic for us long-term though...

They would prefer the less information made public (outside of a town PR claim) the better.......since if you are town you are uninformed.

Ultimately the longer the day with more people posting is better for town.

REALLY have to agree with Drew here, there are very few circumstances where a day as short as this is very helpful for town. Its part of why this one didn't get on the Broccoli wagon when it was feeling it because pushing that to a lim esp on such an early and potentially flawed read would deprive us of an entire day of talking and reading in exchange for a flip that doesn't give much info and only has dubious odds of ACTUALLY flipping scum to boot. In general, the shorter a D1, the better it is for

I would like more thoughts from people, especially Andante, HPE, Alianna and Theta (basically the people not on one of the main wagons), and maybe from you as well.

You're implying that I suggested the three of you are a team. That's not what I was suggesting at all. If Ircher is town, then you're positioning to vote on Ircher or me, whichever is relevant. Aureal also gave a weak defense of Ircher that would deter no one from Ircher's wagon and gave wiggle room to vote Ircher later, which is a bad look regardless of Ircher's alignment.

The three of you piling on for nebulous reasons doesn't help, although my reasons for voting Ircher had VCA driven reasons rather than scum ones.
