I'm familiar with scum!Titus and she's usually tonally stiffer than this game.

Agree with this, Ircher has always seemed scummy to me regardless of alignment. Not really sure what the right approach is.

So, when Alianna plays town (aka every game except this one and the one where she was Nautical Dawn and the one other one where she was a hydra and maybe one other one), she has a very, very distinct trollish lighthearted playstyle that most people tend to heavily townread.

The fact that she noted she had a scumread, and the WAY she noted it, felt just slightly off for her - not SUPER off, but just slightly.

Now I don't know if you know, but Drew and Alianna are like besties or something (they constantly hydra together, recruit each other to games, etc.). So I feel it makes perfect sense for scum!drew to pocket town!Alianna rather than scumread her (Alianna even linked a game where that's exactly what happened, though I did not read that game prior to assuming that's how Drew would react). And I don't expect scum!Drew to even be thinking in terms of shading town!Alianna because at that point there was zero suspicion on her and there's no reason to try and shade her from a scum!drew viewpoint, so he probably won't be even looking at her play and noticing things like that remark by her that was slightly off.

Now nothing I said precludes a world where Drew and your slot are both scum, but I didn't even think of that possibility when I made that read. And right now I feel it's pretty unlikely. If you do flip scum I might reconsider this possibility later.

However, the reason I spoilered it is because I feel it's a bit irrelevant. A lot has happened since then. Why is it important to you to get this specific read explained?

This post right here initially pinged me. It's an awkward defense of Ircher. Aureal says "Ircher's play is scummy" which is a null read but simultaneously handwaives every argument for reading Ircher at all.

i feel like the game state is stuck on ircher right now

irchers reaction to being put at e-1 is

and if it was not this early in day 1 i would be fine just eliminating them for it

but it is this early in day 1 and now we have what i feel like is people stuck on wanting to stay on ircher because they have failed to impress anyone positively lately
and uh
also not wanting to end the day this early because we could really use more content to help us in later days

With the exception of there was an attempt to wagon some other people but mostly everyone seemed very disinterested (and I did not read it as disinterest stemming from being locked on Ircher)

So I think people just need to come alive and play instead of being stuck in catchup. Like Andante, Andante has been playing.

TLDR:

Andante is obvtown
people (specifically Gamma and HPE and maybe Theta but not sure about her) wanted to speedlim me on like page 5 for no reason other than Alianna misinterpreting a post I made.
Ircher was wagoned to E-1 and then gave the most lukewarm post ever and disappeared and people don't know what to make of it
Titus is being wagoned for various reasons (mine is bad shading of me and Aureal, who's also town this game btw)

Also, your slot is mod confirmed to be scum

Having finished reading up, some of this was misleading.
Andante is neither conftown nor obvtown. I do agree on some things, notably scumreading Afrayed, but Andante has also voted/shaded a lot of players this game.
The wagon on you was based on more than just that one post for certain voters.

And if my slot is mod-confirmed scum, we found the mod lie!

Setup: I'll probably just go on reads as usual rather than get too caught up in trying to outguess the mod/fall into setup spec pitfalls that are probably expected.

Broccoli Quest 2 - town.
HighPrincessErinys - town, agreed with a lot of posts here.
Doctor Drew - town by meta and direction of travel (i.e. agrees with my takes)
Hu Tao - town. Liked both streams of posts so far
Theta Alpine - town. A level of depth to posting about reads that I didn't see from scum!Rautherdir in Conception (hope talking about alt metas is ok)

Ircher - unsure. Scum by posts (as ever?) but town by VCA?
Andante - unsure. Not a priority vote at the moment but I am wary of what I saw as a scattergun approach to votes/scumreads.
Gamma Emerald - unsure. Wallflower act is meta typical but harder to read, hopefully GE gets into a more direct discussion at some point soon.
Titus - unsure. Tonally different from scumgame but voting is a little strange.
Aureal - unsure. Tonally seems town and just like past towngames but not packing enough of a punch to be a TR just yet.

Meuh - scum based on posting and voting. I don't get the TRs here at all.

In my experience, yes. Having said that, he was scum in Datisi's Cafe and Aisa's Forest Fire game (titled something about Trees Screaming I think)

I can't remember Ircher towngames I've been in but definitely at least spectated and it's fairly similar to scumgame.
