I'll case this in more detail when I have more time, but in general there's just quite a few oddities in DEs ISO that are adding up for me. I'd prefer this lim over Wartortle today. On hiatus until the end of grad school stops killing me.-

After rereading his ISO, I think you have a point about him not trying hard to push his reads through. Before I saw him as being willing to change his reads and adapt, but now it feels like he's just shifting his vote to anyone for weak reasonsIn post 472, Thestatusquo wrote: Does it seem to you like he's actually trying to make the lims he wants happen?-

For someone who claims to be really used to one hour deadlines he sure doesn't seem super interested in making anything happen quickly and is mostly content to sit back and let things drift.tout comprendre c'est tout pardonner-

What is bothering me about python is that they say they mentally checked out from the game once Wiz vs. DE started happening, but I'm not noticing a difference in their posts pre and post DE/Wiz. They have pretty much the same attitude towards the game in regards to giving minimal reads and sheeping people
Like it kinda just seems like an excuse not to give reads or really play the game, especially considering the DE/Wiz argument wasn't nasty at all but rather fairly civil, so why did the walls take an emotional toll on python? Why did they accuse DE70 of tunneling in 226 if they didn't even read the walls they posted?
I'm willing to give python the benefit of the doubt if they are actually not feeling this game but something feels weird about how they have managed to position themselves on certain wagons while not actually doing much-

I don't really know how to feel about python. Does anyone else have any reads on them?
@Smiley why is python your top townread?-

I feel like, hm… I do townread Python, since from the beginning they seemed to have good questions and like they were involved even if there was the occasional break in posting. I would say, uh, it seems to me like they have their reads really close to their chest, but whenever they ask a question I do really feel like they’re trying to sort everyone out from that.
For me, I got that feeling around pages 4-8 or so, so you might not be reading them same way since you came in later and read everything all at once.Hi, I'm Annie! Please have patience with me—I am disabled.-

work yesterday has sapped pretty much all of my motivation to play today (closing on halloween night in fast food, and they scheduled it like it was a normal tuesday so we were critically understaffed). I don't think I'm in prod range but I'll prod dodge anyways and then return tomorrow when I have the day off.-

Hm, on going back through their ISO, I both don’t see many questions (most are after you start questioning them around page, uh, 17 or so?) and also not a lot of stuff that feel like sorting. Lots of, “this person is spitting,” or “this is an issue, but not enough to do something about it,” which is weird (both because I somehow remembered them asking questions when they didn’t, and also because it’s very, uh, passive).
I feel like, um, early on they were pretty concise and stated their feelings on posts (which I said something about in 136), but after a while it gets a bit muddier about what they’re feeling—still have posts that are just as short, but they have far less clarity. They also admit to sheeping at one point, which is also pretty passive.
I wouldn’t say I scumread Python now, but this reread did evaporate the townread I had on them.Hi, I'm Annie! Please have patience with me—I am disabled.-

This is what I mean Black. Granted, I was scum when I said this but it was still a true observation on my part.In post 5069, SquirtleSquad wrote: I think I've kind of been able to put my finger on why I tend to scum read black too and that's cool.
I think tonally she asks all these extremely pointed questions. The questions themselves aren't always pointed but they have a tonal resonance to me of 'I think you're a baddy' which is in and of itself kind of pointed and so when she's interacting with people (including me) it frequently feels like she's scum reading them and then those interactions go nowhere because she likes to jump around and poke her nose into everything so that tone and lack of followup always kind of feels opportunistic to me.
But I think I'm figuring out that this is just a false positive.tout comprendre c'est tout pardonner-

This feels opportunistic to me. You're casting shade on them without explicitly saying that you think they're scum which will make it easy to hop on the wagon later if it gains momentumIn post 492, AnimatedWiz wrote: Hm, on going back through their ISO, I both don’t see many questions (most are after you start questioning them around page, uh, 17 or so?) and also not a lot of stuff that feel like sorting. I feel like it would be way easier and less suspicious if I just… said I wasn’t sure about Python in the first place here, instead of going, “I really trust them, oh wait, never mind.”Hi, I'm Annie! Please have patience with me—I am disabled.-

Ok thanks for clarifying, I think I get it. I don't really think you are a baddie this game but I'm not opposed to stabbing you later if I have toIn post 493, Thestatusquo wrote: This is what I mean Black. Granted, I was scum when I said this but it was still a true observation on my part

Huh? Why would he explicitly say he thinks their scum if he doesn't think that? Did you read his post or?In post 494, BlackStar wrote: This feels opportunistic to me. You already mentioned earlier that you town read them, so that wouldn't have workedIn post 495, AnimatedWiz wrote:I feel like it would be way easier and less suspicious if I just… said I wasn’t sure about Python in the first placehere, instead of going, “I really trust them, oh wait, never mind.”-

I don't think changing your opinion based on new information is inherently scummyIn post 495, AnimatedWiz wrote: I feel like it would be way easier and less suspicious if I just… said I wasn’t sure about Python in the first place here, instead of going, “I really trust them, oh wait, never mind.”
