I literally did nothing. 1-shot Bus Driver, swapped Celebloki and Naerys but nobody died. There's a difference between vanillaize and expended, but I wasn't vanilla'd, just used my shot.

Why did you choose to hold Night 1?

No, this was on night 1. No offense, but when I saw how quickly people were hopping wagons and how no one questioned your read on me, I lost faith in the player list and figured I should shoot while I had the chance. It was half-ass, but Vande mentioned he thought Naerys was town and someone else corroborated so I figured it was as good a shot as any. And no one answered any of the questions I had regarding the wagons they were on, so I just figured fuck it.

I claimed I targeted Naerys Night 1 on Day 2.

This means I targeted Celebloki with my Reporter Action, not Naerys unless Looker is scum.

I feel like this is really sus play by Looker actually. Now the actual clear has the Frail modifier, and a part of me is screaming that Looker wanted things to go this way.

As far as I'm concerned Naerys is still town on play even if looker is town. Which is still possible. Elements being scum opens that up a bit

Now I would have claimed this on D2. Town being under the impression of a false clear would not sit right with me

There are three mysteries in terms of scum night actions I am trying to piece together

1) Why did elements claim as she did?
2) Why was vulnerable used before frail?
3) Why is there no NK yet?

I only have a guess to #1

Prediction:

Elements flips 1-shot vanillizer. Clearly claiming vanilized is a play for town cred. To give this a maximum chance of success, elements will not action N1 (supported by choice of fake claim with novice modifier). If a buddy was more than a 1-shot vanillaizer I'd imagine they'd action N1 and not waste elements night action as well (which we know they have). A buddy having a 1-shot vanillaizer means if they ever flip elements is outed. Thus it's elements that has the role. And believe it's one shot or it would be used on town n1 and not be claimed.

2) factional Tech is probably on a cycle. Saving frail until you want to know who to kill via dayplay, rolecop, etc makes sense. Expect to see it again later. That said Why vulnerable on roden n1, was there really nothing better

3) I have no clue here. Is the factional power a either or? Meaning can either kill or tech but not both?

Why frail on celebloki? Why not anyone of FL Gamma (who i absolutely thought was crumbing rb/jk day 2) or Drew who hard crumbled clear on gamma

My thinking was, however misguided it may have been, was that scum would either be worrying about a town vannilaiser or think that I was lying. Either way, they're less likely to try and vanillaise me.
