Uh, jjh was on the most recent board when he hit four votes. It changed in the next vote count but surely someone wouldn't be able to come along, see a hammer, and change the board quickly to change the threshold and nullify the hammer?

I mean it wasn't a lie, and the mod post made it clear that it wasn't saying that Andante was VT, I think there's a difference
I think Kabouter Wesley just isn't a "player". That supposition alone makes the rest of the information we have make sense
