It's a foolish move, not a scummy one. This one would expect you of all people to be able to read between the lines with Koba. Then again, you're townreading Margot. Pain.

I've sort of been following along, but haven't formed a proper post of my thoughts yet, but wanted to add on to where I last left things at least since I haven't been here:

I thought tris was being serious with her read, and in that world I feel like it was a scummy read

In my mind it did seem like an obvious joke read, which is why I do acknowledge that my view of it could be biased. But because ein my view it was obvious, my mindset is scum could use that opportunisticly for an easy wagon. It was one of those things that felt odd to me in the moment that I couldn't properly explain why at the time.

The bolded is a good point though, and does make me feel better about it than I did originally.

I'm gunna reread it later today to see if 1) I do still feel the same way and 2) to see if other people also reacted similarly than you did that I'm not remembering off hand.

I reread this part of the thread again, and after also listening to Corinne, I do feel a lot better about Black. At the time it felt like this could have been scum jumping on an obvious (to me) joke, but on this reread, it read a lot more organic than it did the first time round, and I think I do believe her on tone, that she did just not get that it was a joke, rather than being opportunistic to jump on tris for this.

However, it feels like Black is trying to solve, and has fluid reads that is very reminiscent of a previous Town!Black that I've seen. (Also has been scumreading me, which is also common of Town!Black )

FF (Specifically Harle's) responses to my questioning seems like it was coming from a place of frustration (seemingly assuming that I was attacking their slot in 451, when I was just trying to get an opinion). The rest of her posts seem as if she is putting herself in the spotlight a lot more than I think scum otherwise would, especially without knowing the meta of the site. It feels quite authentic.
I realise I'm mainly townreading Harle rather than the slot itself necessarily, so do want to reread A's posts specifically to see if they remind me of the 09:12.

I'm not sure how I feel about partner analysis before a flip happens, so I'm not too sure about the tris/Ausuka discourse right now?
