I might run the setup with "I want to be IC" and "I don't want to be IC" signups if there is demand for it after the first run of the setup is completed or pulled, but currently the signups are meant to be evocative of old Newbie signups where inning to IC meant you were an IC.

for what it's worth, how the IC would be picked in "I want to be IC" and "I don't want to be IC" signups would be randomizing the IC from all of the "I want to be IC" signups.

there's been a lot of signup rule confusion and I am going to re-/in to mod with the same setup but with "I want to be IC" and "I don't want to be IC" signup rules
