I think we need one or two more claims to finish sorting it out. Specifically from slots that would know who they targeted, which is few and far between though.

There is also the possibility that only myself or LTO was redirected and your result on HT is accurate. HT could have just redirected actions away from themselves. We still got a couple more things to sort through, if you're town.
