Why would verifying that you have a reflect matter if Hu Tao was telling the truth about their ability as town or scum, or whether they were lying about it.
It’s like you’re posturing without a logical posture. It’s lizard/monkey brain pageantry, you’re puffed up, but your focus shouldn’t be there.

It’s late so I’m probably just confused.
Oh the whole reflect verification part. Partly because I personally believe Hu Tao actually used a cop shot. I’m literally the only person who was being vocal about Hu Tao, while not providing much details about it. Her cop check claim didn’t come from desperation. If anything, I believe that she did that to make her look town. That’s all she’ve been caring about this entire game, after all. That “ayo guilty” post I believe is made with genuine surprise because she didn’t expect it coming and probably thought it would make her reaction more genuine. Clearly there was some mech to fuck with it so she prob thought she could get away with it even if I flip town.
She probably didn’t expect a reflection though lol.
But that’s for me. For y’all, flipping me is what’s natural and expected than believing my reflect claim AND Hu Tao’s cop claim.
HST didn't say the gunsmith made sense, they specifically confirmed having a gun. Plus their action is not provable despite their claim. This reflector claim is a new angle to explain a new role being used on them.
Idk Dunn I’d say announcing and messaging cop is a very provable action. If I get roleblocked I get the one shot refunded, and I can straight up tell people that I’m visiting them, along with a mod message that a cop visited them.
