Firebringer has truly run the gamut for me this game and is back to a pretty solid town read, mostly because of his interaction with LLD. I also felt his explanation for his ffery scum read without being asked feels like a townie who thinks he's right and trying to get people to see his perspective. I would expect scum!FB to lean more into his trolly, unhelpful nature as it takes a lot less effort to fake that, but his transition into really fighting to have ffery on everyone's radar was comforting to me.

Cabd's post accepting ffery's dance proposal is probably his towniest its and at this point I don't think scum!Cabd would so confidently vocalize his plan to leave before Intermission if he was just going to back out of it later.

SirCakez's posts were not great but I also think Cakez would try harder to seem town if he were scum? He definitely needs to contribute more substantially at the caliber in which is he is capable because a ffery scum read and a couple of maybe town reads aren't cutting it.

Catching up I was between inviting Gypyx and skitter to be my dance partner, but feel I could be more valuable at sorting Gypyx in a hood than I would skitter. Skitter is probably more capable of meeting my expectations as scum, and while I have only played one game with scum!Gypyx over two years ago, I have some level of confidence that I can sort her in a one on one setting (even though I hate neighborhoods).

jesus, so i've gotta find, what, 2 pairs that contain either nothing but town or at max 1 scum and identify that player as the scummy one to remove as a PoE?

outside chance at there being 3 scum within 3 pairs of players, probably never seeing 4 within 4 so i think if I can identify like, 3 pairs to leave alive as PoE, then figure out who to remove as a pair from that point and then who needs to die after that if the game still runs we'd be in good shape.

with that in mind, i'm gonna be V/LA for superbowl party we're hosting tonight, but next time you see me i'll be high and probably considering which 4 players I want to sit at the end of the game in that way?

As for your answer, I mostly ignored it for now because I don't want to polarize my read of you any more than it's polarized already. my thoughts are that you are trying to bury me when I'm already six feet under. Or you have no idea how to read me in this kind of situation and you have extended not one iota of wait and see.

Do you want a point by point? Because the answer just boils down to none of that is scummy because town-me wrote those posts.

I don't want to spend my time defending myself to the detriment of doing other things that I hope help town going forward.

My homework for reading this game was reading the pairing phases of a couple dance games, including that one. Bell was in that game, so I figured saying that here was a random homage to the other game.

Bell forgetting that is meh, but there's no way he'd forget it as scum. And HST poking at it is very HST. Not sure poking it is alignment indicative, but it certainly doesn't hurt my read.

I just think Cabd would be more cautious before talking about dancing fery, is all.
Dude just came back from long hiatus (as there is no such thing as retirement in mafiascum, only hiatus and a longer hiatus) and if he’s scum, dancing town fery would be one hell of his welcome back ride for him.

I don’t have any grasp on ffer’s alignment but it looks like there is some level of expectation that ffer and Cabd would be linked this game regardless.

Just playing devils advocate but I think knowing that going in, Cabd is very capable of playing to that aspect.
