2nd.

Pedit: mmm, rh could be town here. Yeah, but I don’t really know if anyone could definitively be sure of it.

Their posting is better here than typical. But only barely and they slip back into bad posts when left alone.

The remaining options for ydra are:
Std
Rh9
Enchant
Rce
Lavarmanos

Rh9 or std are probably the best options for her imo

Actually I don't want to pursue it, though I doubt my thoughts are novel about the mechanics. Maybe newb-novel.

ATM I'm totally ok with RCE not being paired.

It's just strange that although he's expressed preferences he hasn't acted on anything. He's on a path to an early out and it doesn't feel like he's trying to course correct.

I just think Cabd would be more cautious before talking about dancing fery, is all.
Dude just came back from long hiatus (as there is no such thing as retirement in mafiascum, only hiatus and a longer hiatus) and if he’s scum, dancing town fery would be one hell of his welcome back ride for him.
I see I see. I hadn’t gotten this far but you asking me about my line makes sense.

I don’t have any grasp on ffer’s alignment but it looks like there is some level of expectation that ffer and Cabd would be linked this game regardless.

Just playing devils advocate but I think knowing that going in, Cabd is very capable of playing to that aspect.

Does that invalidate my reason for townreading Cabd? Maybe, I’m gonna do it anyway though.
This was after me asking him about LLD read, but responded with Cabd read.

They seem like the most readable people right now from the simple angle of posting density, but I'm bouncing off their posts when I try to read them.
Gonna be real with you i really didn't think about skitter's alignement yet, there's this weird mental block when i'm just unenthusiastic when getting to her

as for fireis i've got an accumulation of small townpings on them but i'm kinda waiting for her to answer my last thing cause i think that'll allow me to really get an idea of her mindset
i was kind of annoyed by it tbh but maybe i read hostility into it that wasn't intended. it's possible im doing that a lot this game i dunno

i don't really know what to say about it anyway though. i wasn't saying she isn't allowed to townread spiffeh. i just wanted her to talk more about it because 1) if she's town im interested in hearing her thoughts because she knows spiffeh better than i do and 2) if she's scum i think it's useful to have more detailed thoughts on record and 3) what she says may help me determine her alignment. it's fine i guess if she doesn't want to explain her reads. it seems like she wants to be left alone for now. idk. the thing i said about people townreading others weirdly easily wasn't especially about her

I kinda liked LavarManos's iso, though it's sparse and there's a lot of stuff he hasn't really interacted with so far.
To be fair, he’s really just PoE, nothing stood out to me too much about him.

I do find RCEnigma to be talking “around” people to seem present and I really hate the post where he calls you null but says that scum are posturing around your wagon without naming names.

P.S. I’m joining the ranks of the high tonight but I’ll probably fall asleep before 9 PM ET so I hope there will still be people around to high-post with later on!!!
Gun to head, I’d say FB posturing. I’m unsure about his continued scumread and I’m not getting a good read where I feel like in general by this point I’d be confident on him one way or the other. Like I said it could be just not interacting with FB in any meaningful way.

I’m not keen on playing both sides of the ffer fence so I’m not really making a judgement either way and from the talk around them, it resolves itself with Cabd regardless.

But I will say that ffer is contentious enough that either: ffer is scum caught out for the awkwardness early and the pair of FB- Bell is just town that honed in early, suggests Cabd also being scum trying to dissuade those reads over time. Or town!ffer is getting powered through, fire and fire come to mind but I really like fireisreds talking points in regards to their ffer read and how they’re engaging.

good way to make enemies on both sides but eh whatever makes me “readable” or something like that.

In post 1157, fferyllt wrote: For repeat dancers: Historically, do some gents wait long to put out invitations? Is there anything generically AI about the pattern/quantity of invites? Do the gents who are ultimately left on the dance floor alone usually put effort in to pair?
generically, i would say probably not, i think it's highly dependent on the player and on their style. in my experience it's mostly just that people who know each other/talk a lot tend to pair up quicker and those who are kind of left on the outskirts of the conversations don't get in the dance as quickly. so it mostly depends on how the rand lands.

there's probably a tendency for scum to insert themselves into the conversation sooner/more actively than they otherwise would, similar to coalition

Hi folks. Neighborhood friendly Cabd here letting you know I may be delayed as the wife has left for the evening to go destress. The demolition work hit a big chunk of asbestos tonight so our timeline for restoration just grew about a month.

I'll post the gore pix later.

Oh but while I follow along, and I will do the work myself tonight if somebody doesn't beat me to it, but we do have games where mafia was left out in pre dance, I was in at least one of them. As gent the sixth I believe?

So there is some published example work of what scum that is being left out looks like, as the walls closed around, to compare and contrast with.

Wasn't scum-Pooky left out in the dance game where Isis was the IC? I followed that game a little. scum-beeboy was paired with Isis, which might also be interesting to look back at eventually.

Bell was scum in that game too.
