Will let Titus further develop her not remembering me claim.
In the meantime, I will mercilessly target the AFK slot.
I did this a lot in my first game as scum
again, I feel like the focus on ketchup is very much picking the low hanging fruit
I wouldn't classify ketchup as LHF at all. In the last game we played he was pretty obviously town. I'm not getting the same vibes here yet
in my first ever game on this site eight years ago, I did a decently good job (as town) of coming across as fairly obvious town. like, better than i've normally been able to replicate since. in my second I got mislimmed, day one, *as an innocent child*. i think from experience that in first games, it can be easier to maintain a high, productive, solve-y *energy* that's easy to TR, but hard to maintain when the first game novelty wears off but you don't yet have the experience to be *confident* in your play, and ketchup very much comes across like that to me rn
Ngl, was hoping for more engagement around me as well.
But, I did just ask you a question

Outside of the one example you just gave about yourself, is there anything about Ketchup here that would support your theory?

I'll admit that its fundamentally based on vibes. but its an increasingly strong vibes read. the mindset behind posts like this gives unsure, uncomfortable town:
Would like some clarification on this as well, I kinda thought Ketchup was my spirit animal......but now fear I was just seeing myself in him a bit too much(play style wise).
The idea came after looking up what fencesitting meant and I was like woah, staying neutral? that sounds like something the mafia would do let’s not do that. but I assure my votes (at least by a couple days from now) will probably mostly be well thought out. Anyway, to answer the question of do i suspect Titus, ignoring post 244 for a sec, yes. A little bit. I wasn‘t expecting to be immediately attacked by any of the friends from a few weeks ago in their first post. And I thought I had made a friendly and recognisable reference to Titus, which I had expected to be reciprocated, but now was surprised when it was both ignored and she voted me.
With 244 having been posted, i guess Titus just gets around. 80,000 posts is a lot. Or she wasn’t truly invested in the last game idk. Anyway. It hurts, but it also explains her opening more.
Basically, I had definitely assumed Titus would remember me, even if we didn’t talk much. Context: I‘m pretty sure I had asked her to tell some interesting mafia stories at the end of a mini convo we‘d been having, but she was hammered before she could respond. So, on the assumption that she remembered me, her cold/standoffishish opening to me was weird.
I read the mindset behind the first paragraph here as "I want to be a productive townie, but I'm not sure how and I'm not sure why people started scumreading me even though I'm trying". It feels like genuine reactive frustration, in a way that doesn't come out as much once you've experienced it a few times (especially if we are used to it because we're admittedly not very good, but keep going because we're gluttons for punishment)
Ngl, was hoping for more engagement around me as well.
But, I did just ask you a question
I missed it, I tend to mainly look at quotes

"1 thing I will give you Dk, I think you are very good at manipulating. I don't mean that in a bad way, I just think you [have] this way with yourself. You know what to say and when to say [it]." ~VFP
"Koba doesn't really have a scumrange/townrange, Koba will kill your pet cat to win a game" ~Pooky
Dumb reason and actual reason mean I'm not voting DkKoba until like, day 3. Then we kill them and let
God
Mod sort them out
so true

Scumpoints to Ranger for magical {bracketed lists of mystery} that are backed up by a magical black box of "tens of thousands of games". That's not an argument, that's appeal to authority
koba making this joke in a way that lets people laugh it off as a joke but would get a miller to say something feels kinda bad
No I actually claim Miller
Alianna feeling mean hehe, would be funny if there's no cops
it's supposed to be a troll game so I expected either like 7 millers or just be uncc as a names townie
can you unacronymicize uncc please? (:
true
I claim not miller. investigate me if you want to find a town!
Uncc= uncounterclaimed
ah ok i was thinking uncounterclaimable
why did you say it was uncounterclaimed?
because I don't see any other miller claims do you??
Ya but, you were like one of the first few posts of the game
Apologies for the quote wall, pain in the bum to delete everything not relevant on my phone.
Also, guess it wasn't a question per se

Oh lmao the uncc part was a joke bc I highly expected more miller claims based on my role existing as that was where my mind went first with non normal, didn't think of the "lol random miller " angle

don’t be fooled by my post count I’ve literally only played 1 game I just made 777 posts
This post is the only reason I'm not hopping on the Ketchup train*. They feel flailey, but this context is exactly how I'd expect someone who made 700+ posts one game to react to getting scumread.

Yeah, I think anyone who took the uncc part seriously is scummy. There's no way to not parse that as an S-tier joke except looking for reasons to vote you

Gotcha, I would tend to doubt multiple millers, that's a Boonskies sort of thing lol

Well than, let's apply more pressure
Drew, on a scale of 1 to 10 how hard are you feeling this wagon?
Like maybe a 6, wanted to see if Black would actually vote Light(the eternal battle).
But since then I don't know if I am buying lights defense of Ketchup, seems a bit 'white knighty' to me, but I wouldn't say they are obvScum either, at this point at least

Thanks, was trying to decide if I wanted to hop on that wagon or not, wanted to hear your motivations. I like LG's low-hanging fruit comment, not big on the rest of their defense though and the cutesy story. Gonna keep reading, will hop on later if I lust for blood

You expect verifiable logic? Do you expect Ranger to be Titus? Ranger does unverifiable logic.
