Frankly, Town was a huge mess Day 1 and Scum were really sitting pretty at that point, so we opted for a riskier play with long term payoff.

We role blocked Sanae to lock in an easy mis-elimination Day 2, which did end up being successful. I really was not in the mood to deal with a confirmed town tree stump present for the remainder of the game so we opted for the free Day instead.

The goal was to kill Koishi and isolate Aya. They were obvtowning and connecting at the end of the last Day and I wanted to put an end to that immediately (especially since I am fairly certain I know both of their identities). In the event our plan works, Sanae's elimination goes through Day 2 for not tree stumping and Aya's really lost all credibility at that point and would hopefully either be vigged or eliminated Day 3.

We got screwed that Luke was force replaced out of Clownpiece and exchanged for a player who also vibes with Aya and Koishi. We could have really used Luke's strong town read on myself to potentially not convince Aya to redirect actions to me (if they were even in a neighborhood anyway, as Aya stated she was convinced by Clownpiece ultimately).

The worst part is we even ROLEBLOCKED AYA in case she had any shenanigans up her sleeve, her role just happened to act before every other role.

An extremely unlikely sequence of events really screwed us over and makes our plan look pretty silly in hindsight, LOL

I'm hopeful my scum buddies can pull it off, but Night 1 was catastrophic for us and potentially game-losing if people can start PoE'ing effectively.

However. I probably would have gone through with your elim this day phase, just because the mechanics of it all were... odd.

Town really wasted Day 2 imo (although my death probably had them feeling less urgency and pressure to be right so they opted for eliminating the mechanical anomaly)

That felt like a waste of your role to me.

Unless I am misunderstanding the role, it seems like at the very least you could have done something else night 1 and then suicide night 2.

Of course that being my choice is a little colored by me leaning town on your slot, but still
