I think Aya greenlighting a Reisen elimination depends on whether or not Aya decides she trusts the remaining two townies to eliminate the non-Reisen Mafia without her help. Knowing who she is, I could see her wanting to make sure she's around for the elimination of the non-Reisen Mafia and leaving Reisen for the other two to clean up.

Particularly if she figures Kaguya out, because Kaguya's too good at pressure to feel comfortable counting on both Yuuka and Kagerou to stand firm on their own.

That is kinda my point.

I don't feel like I have enough knowledge of what the scum has access to to make any kind of judgement on whether they have enough power to counter balance the town power.

If i were alive, i think I would scum read kaguyas argument because of that.
