It should have changed the board state though? F Sev-Rum cuts the A Rum S Vie-Gal support which causes A Vie-Gal to standoff with A War-Gal

Given the non mafia nature of this game and the fact that it's probably best if I not try to resolve anything in my current state, I'll let the group decide on a course of action.

We can restart the game, continue from post 76, or rewind to the correct resolution of F1902.
