. My only lingering reservation with voting is that IS could be a traitor-type role, sacrificing himself to allow the mafia to nightkill tonight and win. But, I think it's more likely that IS sacrificed himself to get rid of a cop role so that the town could not get a lucky investigation and win.

If I tell you that I was out night 1, thats what it means. I was out Night 1. Why Corsato was wrong, I dont know. Maybe he got role blocked. I know full well that it would be suicide to lie at this point, so why do it? You dont want to lose me at this point, you dolts actually do need me.

And kill myself so the scum wins?!? Wouldnt the scum have a better chance of winning with me alive if I was one of them? The scum would have nothing to gain with some sacrifice on my part. Corsato wasnt particularly being clairvoyant and sniffing out scum for us either, so who exactly would I be protecting?

What I see is Locus on his crazy vendetta again. Ygg and Shelper arent necessarily cleared either from what I remember. I am quite sure that one of you two has to be scum for putting me so close to lynch without me even saying a word. The last scum either wants someone else to finish me off, or you two are the scum.

Granted, it gives me a certain visceral satisfaction, given my disagreement with your playstyle and the fact that you're getting me killed in like infinity games right now, but I'm voting you 'cause you've been lying, and the town cannot let you off after that. I am the doctor. I reside at the University. Here are my choices:

Which leads me to believe that Locus is actually innocent since he must have survived death by my hand. Which is unfortunate since he always wants me lynched no matter what.

My suspicious are geared towards Shelper and Ygg. I could see them jumping on figuring im an easy lynch. But I guess Leo and Dutchman could be scum too, but my intuition says Ygg and Shelp first.

I need someone with a little tenacity to go back through their posts and prove me right before you lynch me unjustly.

I don't know... there's a simple algorithm: if Albert says Beth is lying about her nightchoices, and you lynch Beth because of that, and Beth is pro-town, then you lynch Albert in the morning. The doc claim complicates things a little, but the fact that he's trying to dismiss everything I say as anti-IS bias... you know, screw it.

Sorry for my absence, but i couldn't think of anything to say. I thought the lynch already took place at locus's vote, and stopped checking the thread after that.
As for IS's accusation, i can't defend against intuitions.

I'm terribly sorry guys. I couldn't get to a computer last week because I went hiking in some Malayan jungle (Taman Negara, if somebody wants to know). It had bugs, insects, wasps, ants, a shaky bridge, a cave with bats, an aboriginal village, etc. But no computer, let alone internet acces..!
Anyway,

The Five Angry Men decided. GUILTY. Internet Stranger was strung up and so ended the life of the dear doctor, or did it..? In fact Internet Stranger was the leader of the Pastrelli's.

shelper, with a University-diploma but without a job and thus still living on campus, sat in his room watching a movie. On the screen was a guy who did nothing all day but watching television.

"Same here buddy!", shelper said to the man as though he could hear him. Then the serial killer invaded the house and within seconds the man was killed while he was watching a TV-program.

"What a crappy movie, the things those writers come up with now-a-days!" He leaned over to grab the remote but before shelper could change channels he was already dead. When he fell to the floor a knife could be seen sticking from his back.

Hold up a sec. The standard play for a day with 4 alive is usually a no lynch. This would maximize our chance of getting scum tomorrow. If we decide to no lynch, the less information we give the mafia the better, so we would be best off discussing only the no lynch v. lynch topic first before we start asking people about their roles.

Now, I'd be for a no lynch unless we can reasonably rule out one suspect or if someone has a reasonably good suspicion of one person in particular.

The no-lynch approach may make sense in general, but ultimately, the best course of action is determined by the roles/powers still available.
