I need to change my plan of attack. I seem to get accused first round in every single mafia game I play to the point where people don't believe me if I claim doctor and no one counterclaims.

It's usually mafia that are on me too.. the rest follow like sheep.

it's very possible, as well as probable that someone targetted Tigris with a purpose. She is quite solid and can very well be a thorn in someone's side. To disregard this aspect completely is strange.

Either way, I don't see what exactly can be deducted(or is it infer? excuse my english) from all this. If you start to arrive at conclusions from these points, what logic was behind it then?

No, you failed to note that I said it was a RANDOM pick out of those 4- I didn't feel that Phoebus was necessarily suspicious in any way. I made it a vote because at this stage of the game, very little is conclusive, but I voted on what I had- though I can still change it at any time, just like anyone else.

Personally, I made the whole point originally because we only had one death and I wanted to try to think about what little info we had. Now that Nightfall's also dead, the point is kind of lost since that original point can just as easily be applied to Nightfall, and that really doesn't get us anywhere.

I was not trying to misrepresent Tigris's record, nor was I trying to confuse everything (and how could I confuse everything when I didn't refer to the possibility of an SK, which was also a relevant topic).

Pardon me, I didn't notice your followup post and the note about Someone and Yanqush. I'll agree that you weren't willfully distorting Tigris's record. However, I still think that you were trying to confuse everything. The entire discussion about the motive for Tigris's death is basically pointless because it degenerates to WIFOM.

Who's to say that the four you named aren't the

least

likely to be Tigris's killer? Maybe they would have chosen someone else in order to avoid suspicion. But then again, maybe one from that group would have killed her because he thought that the town would think that he wouldn't be that obvious. But then again..... The argument goes on ad nauseum, flipping between the two sides. Without a second(or third) victim, there's pattern to interpret and no way to even begin to attribute motives to a killer.

It's pointless to continue discussing the reasons Tigris's murder, and I think that you were trying to confuse everyone to begin with.

It seems like everything you just said was what I said in my post- it's pretty much pointless now and I probably shouldn't have brought it up originally. But I was NOT trying to confuse anybody in any way- just bringing up a topic for discussion.

We both agree that the Tigris point is dead and buried and probably should be, at least until the next mafia day when we might have more info on the SK's killing pattern. You believe that I'm trying to confuse things, and I really don't know how I can change your mind here, other than to urge you and others to look straightforwardly at my posts- I can say that I have not been seeking to confuse anyone at all in this matter.

Unless anyone brings anything up on this, I think I'll leave it at that.

I'm not inclined to hold lengthy discussions on day 1, because there is damn little to go on anyway. Don't be surprised therefore if I'm not posting every day.
