That felt like the claim didn't work as well as intended. The only things I can conclude from this are:

1. If Jasper is town, then The1fifi is unlikely to be scum.
2. If Jasper is scum, then The1fifi may still be scum of the same faction (gambit).
3. Jasper has to be really,

unlucky to be some kind of gunsmith miller and targeted by said gunsmith night 1.

Mafia, cop or vig... in general. I might be missing some roles, I'm not sure. I haven't encountered a gunsmith in a game before.

What do you think about the fact that he doesn't seem to be very forthcoming about WHY he has a gun?

I'm also interested in why Wacky was asking people if they targeted Regfan. I was hoping to see a follow up to that, but so far there hasn't been one.

Abou jasper:

I can see 3 scenarios:
- Jasper is town, and is a power-role. in this situation, its obvious he doesn't want to tell why he has a gun. In this case, it was a pretty bad play on my part, by exposing 2 pro town roles players.
-Jasper is actually scum no matter what he says. (altough i get a "truth" vibe from him. but its easy to make a poker face in forum gaming, so...)
-Jasper is a serial killer??

I was bluffing. I don't think there's any real reason for a pro-town role to have been targeting regfan, so the risk of outing a pro-town power role is low, while scum might actually answer truthfully because I might be a tracker. I dub this Wacky's gambit! It didn't work.

I had to look up Gunsmith on the wiki, but the odds are good that Jasper is scum, since according to him, he's not a cop.
Without bullets his gun only serves to incriminate him against The1fifi, he's not a vig. Crunching the numbers the odds are against him being town.

SO, I figure a VT with a "note" that he has an empty gun could be totally consistent with DTM's "note about 'killing'. It could just be semantics for a miller

Also, maybe one of the OTHER VT's has a bullet, which would turn Jasper into a vig.

Thus, i think the whole thing is plausible.

I'm not a big fan of the perception that Fifi must be town because of a PR claim.

I don't have any problem believing the claim due to the complexities, but it is logically possible that Fifi could be a scum gunsmith.

I've been in 2 normal games with a scum watcher and a scum tracker. (I was the watcher in one.) Those games largely influence my mindset of why I think assumptions like that can be dangerous.

ok now i am caught up on what a gunsmith is it does make up for some of fifi's actions and makes more sence out of some of his posts and it does point out more of a warning towards Jasper...
See now i feel ridiculous for the accusations I made of fifi, though I still find him scummy from previous behaviors, it's just not as strong a suspision now. And my sights are now turned on Jasper under the pretense that fifi wasnt lying about his gunsmith role.

Im sorry if almost all your posts on page 12 were absolutly ridiculous and I thought it scummy. That is until i was corrected on what a gunsmith was ans what their role is. What are other reasons why you suspect me, other than my 'tunnel' post?
