Might, might not. But we should not exclude that the mechanism isn't foolproof.

Fate's being very aggressive, especially about following this mechanism to the letter. I'd also like to hear what pops thinks about the fail-ability of our plan.

We have extra CP, do you have a better plan to use it than burning? If so, you should've been around D1 when we were discussing such things.

So yeah, I'm eager to continue using the burning strategy. Not eager to, "QUICKBURNQUICK" and end the day.

Hiya everyone. Back from my vacation.

Quick thoughts (more content tomorrow, when I have more time):

- No real point in avoiding small burns (around 4~5 CPs). The scum have probably only a pool of 6 CPs left (assuming a team of 3 with one dead commander), so this level of burn might lead to suck their pool out. Of course, any result obtained with CPs has to be taken with some precaution (for reasons already stated), but i don't see a reason to completely avoid burning.
- I'm still suspicious for the people that pushed the plan without second guessing it (pops & fate)
- AlmasterGM "gambit" was probably a town one. A SK with a one-shot daykill with some relevant night-ability doesn't look completely impossible though. I don't believe he can be mafia.

Now that everyone's posted, it's claimtime. I'm town commander, and I saw way too much CP in the pool last night.

12 players from the start of the game -25% scum= 9 players.
-deadseacor= 8 players.

8 players*3 cp=24 cp+3 cp was my bonus yesterday=27.

27-8 because each player voted is 19.

19-1 lynch= 18.
18 - about 3= 15
so I expected 15 cp if elscouta was scum, 15-8=7 if he was town.

I saw 17 cp. The direction of error is even more great for him being scum.


If there's another commander, don't claim. Realize that I'm probably commander since I reported a correct amount of cp for last night. Unless you had a very massive amount of cp, just let's lynch him anyway.

I have a varying amount of cp each day. I don't think you Need To Know how much cp i got today.

Well I'll treat this like a guilty investigation. It would be one hell of a scum gambit at this point as well, (guessing the CP, risking a counterclaim, Elscouta flipping town, etc.)

God, I love this game. We are definitely following The Plan today. We have breathing room, so if it fails, we know to stop relying on it entirely in the future. If it succeeds, then ka-ching ka-ching.
