If sb is just being a bad townie it'll be scum trying to get a day 1 mislynch, if he's scum, the arguments against him are either really good or people just want Day 1 to end.

Don't agree w/ the stfu, cause you always want people to post, but yeah, wifom usually isn't helpful (although, i'll probably be one of the first to point it out >.<, I just like those 5 letters so much I have to post it when it pops in my head I guess).

The ani defense is weird, but you can never tell about peoples guts. My policy is that everyone is on a sliding scale, town on one side, scum on the other. Everyone starts in the middle and moves towards one side or the other depending on their actions.

The only way to be certain if someone is def. town or def. scum is to kill them and have the mod post in thread what their role was, anything else is just a guess (even cop results in my book, the miller and GF possibility showing why this policy is important).

Anyways, I agree w/ waiting for Toog and any others that haven't posted (I'm sure there's more) before finishing off Starbuck. Any other opinions about the wagon or the events of the day?

Well, logic doesn't mean I should follow him. I play by inconsistency-tell, so when someone suddenly changes stance I get suspicious.

My flight was delayed today and I ended up waiting about 10 hours to get home. I am a bit lagged so I apologize if I don't wall this time... aw, darn, I know. Suffice to say, I think this day has gone a decent length at this point, and enough tells are abound to determine a deadly day 2.

I am fine with a Starbuck lynch. Unless she is a Stop Sign Investigator, I think we may have paved the road to an easy fake claim for scum with some vanilla claims. She should have been more proactive in my opinion, and all of her defenses aren't that strong. Even under L-1 she isn't putting much effort into her defense either.

I'm gonna sleep on it. If someone else wants to hammer, that's fine. While I do think this wagon happened ENTIRELY too easily, my suspects list isn't altered much from my last post. I want to hear more from SB when she gets back from work. If I don't see anything from her when I get up in the morning, or if her content sucks, I will happily end this day.
