Okay, I know it’s been said before but to list 3 people as scummy when there are only 2 isn’t scummy. To add to this I think this comes from a very ‘all knowing’ mindset. Something that would possibly be said by someone who knows all the roles.

He’s not saying that 1 or 2 are not scum, which is what I think you’re reading it as.

Why isn't it a scumslip? This is a game where wording matters, do I think it is a slip of great magnitude? No. Do I think there is a chance that we are reading to far into this? there has to be a chance. Nevertheless it looks like Adrien hinted he was scum, and he has another scum tell I would like to point out as well:

I think that puts palmer at L-1. This was a little quick, but I'll keep my vote for now.

This post reeks of scum logic, really a pointless post, "but I'll keep my vote for now" shows anti-town motives. Instead of unvoting to stop the wagon, or calling for palmer to defend himself, it really seems he wanted someone to hammer palmer. Not defending palmer here, just saying that quick wagons are bad for the town, or at least that is what I think.

It’s not a slip. Let me explain as black and white as I possibly can. It’s a hard sentance to get your head around whether it is or isn’t and I’m not being patronising or accusing anyone of being dumb here. I just think that I’ve got a duty to point out false information so we are all on the same page and acting in response to what is true. Trying to clear the waters here.

The group in question are Adrien, El simo and Palmer.

Instance 1:
Adrien = town – El simo = town – Palmer = mafia
Statement is true. Prediction is true.

Instance 2:
Adrien = town – El simo = mafia – Palmer = mafia
Statement is true. Prediction is false.

Instance 3:
Adrien = Mafia - El simo = town – Palmer = town
Statement is true. Prediction is true.

Looking at instance 2. Adrien can be ‘fairly certain’ of the comment he has made and be wrong and still be town. End of story. All town must digest this until you realise that this is not a scumslip otherwise your acting on false information.
That being said however I do still think that Adrien is quite scummy at the moment. Raber’s latest catch is probably going to be the clincher for me.
I also can’t quite shake the feeling that El Simo is bussing Adrien here. Looking at the situation, if I was Adrien’s partner right now I’d probably see that as a good move. I can’t help but feel that El Simo had a gun to Adriens head waiting for him to slip and we had this false scumslip fiasco as a result of El Simo being so eager to pounce on him. Does anyone else see where I’m coming from with this? Admittedly it’s a WIFOM prediction but it makes sense to me.
