The one singstar game I have actually has two songs you can rap, with a "rap meter" that measures your rhythm instead of something that measures your notes.
Only two songs it has for that, though, are "feel good" by the Gorillias has some rap sections, and...some classic rap song from the 80's, I forget which one offhand.
