Anyway, thinking about it, it might be Monday afternoon if not Sunday, if I can make it at all. DGB, according to Google Maps, Ether's house is a little over a mile away from the train station, so if you could drive me it should be pretty doable; the directions look fairly simple. I don't take the train very often but I've even taken the exact route minus a few stops in the other direction.

I'll make sure to wear bananas on my head or something.

All this discussion makes me sad I can't go. But, on a side note, I am toying with the idea of hosting a meet down here sometime next year, possibly around this time. I might, if enough scummers can get time off and can travel, do a Scummers New Year's Eve thing next year.

Actually, Ythan & I were talking about doing a meet at the beach once we're both living off-campus (or rather, once I am and we can host enough people). Imagine ringing in New Year's. On the fucking beach.

DGB: I will talk to the people who actually have cars in my family to see what's up with the meeting spot, but Swanton or Swanton area is probably best. We can probably get from Swanton to 87, even.

However, I need a yea/nay on whether we're leaving the 18th or not. It makes it far more difficult for me and needs much more planning from this end. I will get a list of games I can bring. Imma probably going to bring Sequence as it's been forever since I've played it.
