"Elleran"

Elleran, despite the opinion of others, believed himself to be a good man. He was tantamount to your average Joe; he was wise enough to stay out of the shadows yet brave enough to offer his often controversial opinion on important matters. He loved a good laugh and was a man of few words. With mere hours before sundown, the town decided that they must get their A into G and hang somebody. Unfortunately for Elleran, he was the object of the noose's desire, so to speak.

"Die, scum, die!" exclaimed a villager.

"Guess what? We need a lynch and you're it!" remarked another.

In the end, Elleran neglected to put up a fight and resigned himself to dying for the good of the town, or so he said. With nothing more than a vanilla claim to defend himself, he went through the gallows and died shortly thereafter. Afterwards, members of the town gathered around his body. One villager searched Elleran's body and found three incriminating items: A Jolly Roger tattoo, a switch blade, and counterfeit money.

"Looks like we were right guys, he was definitely scum." he said.

"One Day More"

The town felt satisfied with itself after yesterday's lynch. What better way to start the game than lynching a mafioso? This morning, the age-old adage "What goes around comes around" was proven false. A scum life had been traded for... nothing.

No one has died.

It is now Day 2. With 11 alive, it takes 6 votes to achieve a lynch and to end Day 2. Deadline for this day, which has been shortened to two weeks from Day One's three, can be found here

I was actually expecting Elleran to flip scum power role, to be honest. Had this been the case, I would be extremely confident of diddin, Slaxx, and DH being town, and extremely confident that at least one of simo and Smit was scum. However, because Elleran flipped goon, there is a decent likelihood that there was some busing going on, so even Slaxx and diddin are not confirmed town. They are just probably town.

Had Elleran flipped power role, then it would be glaringly obvious that scum was trying to prevent that lynch. I'm not intensely confident of Smit and simo, but they're absolutely the best places to start.

A post by Slaxx that made me realize he was ONLY posting when pressured.

Although ecstatic with the outcome of yesterdays lynch, I realize how it makes me look in most of your eyes, I'm almost expecting my lynch today, as I was at the end of yesterday when I started to suspect Ell again, and with me leaving for a month in less than a week it is most likely the wisest thing to do. But we got a week of discussion until then so let's not start hopping on wagons just yet.
