dana brought that up to me too. It's fair game, especially given that both teams were given equal opportunity to win both the previous questions and get control of this final question, but the game is also about total score as well. Since there isn't any money riding on the game, accumulating a high score for the ladder is about all the incentive there is to win. I personally think it goes against the spirit of the game to deliberately punt a question, but, like I said, both teams had the opportunity to grab it. If the shoe were on the other foot, I don't think I'd feel any different.
