I opted not to use it last night because 1) all PR game means higher chance of hitting town than scum and 2) all the protecting meant that even if a no-kill did crop up, it wouldn't conclusively point anywhere.

Hmm. the primary reviewer on this setup was Empking, right? He reviewed both my Advance Wars games. Two comments. 1) He didn't look at flavor and 2) he didn't really look so much at the results of a massclaim so much as he did compare town power to overall scum power in a vacuum. This style of reviewing is backed up by the "point balancing system" he recently posted in MD. Thus, they may have thought this kind of setup was okay, so long as the mafia had some strong PRs themselves ... when in reality, it would be very broke post-mass claim.

Ok Fate, so we imbue VV again, he's pretty much guaranteed to protect you and Gandalf tonight. If either of you die, we know that VV's lying.

Actually, really, we don't have to imbue VV, since VV can just BG Gandalf and Gandalf protects Fate, while I "gift" Fate...though I'd like AGM to stay alive, too so he can actually use his gift.

If VV is TOWN, then that confirms (as does the set-up anyway) that scum have a SCUMBLOCKER. Its not SpyreX. Then scum just RB's either VV or Gandalf and shoots me/Gandalf.

If VV is SCUM, then he'll just derp fakeroleblocked and kill gandalf, and then kill me the next night after being "roleblocked" again.
