All of his significant play thus far has been bad tunneling on Bunnylover and defending.
Bad tunneling because his primary case, found in ISO #5, is completely and totally terrible.

A) Misrepresenting: I never stated I was trying to lynch either.
B) What is scummy about wanting to setup multiple lynches. There are 10 scum in this game. We are nipple-deep in scum.
C) You ignored that I also called out Magua.
D) You ignored that Lady Lambdadelta made a very similar post here that you overlooked.

This case was set off by a one-line post from Bunnylover, causing Kublai Khan to remark how amazing it was that that much scumminess was backed into one line.
A) The word "lynch" was not mentioned by Bunnylover at all.
B) The scummy part about setting up lynches in the first place is because they're lynching without thought. It's an even worse idea to lynch without thought when you have less room to make mistakes.
C) It was a one line post, not a case.
D) It was a one line post, not a case.

Cases like that are grossly over exaggerating, and it's hard for me to believe that KK was actually serious when posting it. And yet, he's been tunneling for the majority of the game on Bunny, without many mentions of anyone one else except for "oh I like XXXX's scum read of YYYY".

His reaction when I commented on his Magua interaction was scummy as well. Town reaction at that point would be to ask what interaction I was talking about/clarify what I meant, his scumreaction was to simply tell me that there was nothing there.

Of all the people not on me(or ok with being on me) I least like Kise an Bunnylover(a majority of the people not on me are inactive, so no reads)

Kise-
He had an early read on Wraith(calling him out for just asking a question and not actually reading the game/responding to accusations)
but after that he hasn't done a thing. He walked around being dismissive of Toog's opinions(an action that I think is scummy, you discredit someone without actually thinking they're scum)
although he later goes on to say that Toog might be the day serial killer, which is a ridiculous speculation and could mean he has insight to who scum is

Bunnylover-
I have to say, this is less something that I picked up on, and more of something that other people have noticed and I have agreed with. She had one of the weakest attacks in the game against KK(saying his post relating to toog then voting wraith was scummy)
Her points against KK didn't hold water, then when confronted with them, just asked a bunch of questions instead of supporting her case.
someone else had a meta argument(I like meta arguments as supporting evidence, but not for the foundation of a scum case)

2. I have played with both(i believe) Fate's confidence is not the same as yours, his is over the top. I have never seen him play as scum before though. I believe I was scum with benmage in a game, although he replaced my flaked partner so I can't compare you to him(also I don't remember him being that confident)

Nice soft attempt to be dismissive while avoiding the issue. It’s scummy because you purposefully put in extraneous information (you later said you never intended to strike Toog) with the sole purpose of showing ‘Town outrage’.

It was a facepalm moment. There's really nothing else I can say about it.

I’m highlighting that your complete unwillingness to actually vote someone you repeatedly say is scum shows non-Town motivated play. Until that vote is converted into a strike it is meaningless beyond the potential for VC analysis. Which you seem to be hoping to avoid by refusing to vote under cover of “It’s my playstyle”. What was it you said about playstyles earlier?

That's fine, but at this point I will probably skip the vote stage and just strike someone I feel is scum and is a possible lynch target.

Replace the first posting with voting and this is a beautiful example of hypocricy.

I never asked you to give me a free ticket for my voting style. I explained it and that's all there is to it, if you think my voting style is scum motivated then there's nothing I can do to change that.

I found him scummy at the start for his non-committal posting, but since then he's done nothing but try to defend himself, so I am not confident in being able to get a read on him.

3. This leads you to a conclusion of Null?

Unless you are saying solely playing defense is a Town tell (and I would like to see you confirm this if so) then I don’t understand this thought process at all.

The scummy non-committal posting is, imo, the only real point against him, and it's not a very strong one imo. So I don't feel I can confidently state whether he is scum or town.

Note for future reference

– ThAd’s ‘theory’ on wagons leads me to believe that he might well be aligned with Hrezs (Skull Crusher, Night Rider or Inner Circle).

I figured someone would say this, and there is nothing I can really say to refute this. I understand that it looks like I am defending him, but it is more a case of me just honestly believing in my theory.
Apart from that all I can say is that I may be aligned with him, but only if he is also town.

spring break starts tomorrow so I can get a good reread in. from sort of keeping up with the thread I've thought Hrez looked pretty bad. Also Nacho's comments on KK look spot on. He might be a better choice than Hrez. Will have to see tomorrow.

If the inner circle are scum, and as far as I'm concerned they are, then there's 11 scum.
If you think the IC are town then there's 10. Who here would think the IC are town? They have a non town win con for starters.

Ergo, someone thinks the IC aren't scum, and there for is a good chance to be one.
