The frogs begin their quest to discover the insidious evil lurking within in typical fashion - with much ribbiting, hopping, and general laying about in ponds. Eventually they get down to business - questions are asked and accusations are aired but bloodthirsty murderous lynch refuse steadfastly to form. For a while events continue in this steadfastly boring fashion.
All of a sudden, however, the peace of the forest and the equanimity of life and just generally everyone's day is disrupted by a strange noise. The noise is coming from mozamis, who, it appears, is for some reason gurgling and choking. Closer inspection reveals he has turned bright pink - further inspection reveals that he is frothing at the mouth. As the animals debate what to do about this strange occurrence, the need for action is removed from them - mozamis falls over on to his back, completely and 100% dead.
Apparently no one noticed before, but it turns out mozamis wasn't a frog at all. Oh no. Mozamis was something much... slyer? Legless. Scaly.
A snake.
More precisely, an adder.
The great God Frog speaks to his subjects, hears their confusion. To lay it to rest, he speaks thusly:
"HEAR THE VOICE OF FROG. HE WAS TOWN"
Mozamis, Adder,Townie, poisoned day 1
The vote count has been reset and the day will continue.(10:50:24 PM) xcaykex: GODDAMNIT I DONT WANNA GET RID OF MY TENTACLE RAPE PORN
Ribbit.-

vote: Apokfor a combination of OGML's leading "moz+merans" questions and Apok's flimsy cut-n-paste posting thus far. Sees nopoint as scummy and silly for missing facts, sees Truant/CES as "silly" for missing facts. Didn't come across well on the "illogical" accusation of mozamis. Apok's Meransiel suspicions were almost entirely based on the presumption that moz was scum.dialing in mildly protown reads since 2006-

Whoa, cool ability, pj. So is mozamis dead or not?
MBL, will get back to you on CES issue when I can get to computer.
Game must be re-read in light of mozamis' conf. Status.-

Can't speak for OGML, but nopoint is scummy because that's all he's given us. Truant posted cases and stuff on others, and CES hasn't touched the point. Meanwhile, ender posted only the one random vote and nopoint hasn't said anything else. Hence, he's scummy. Also, I said straight out that my Meransiel suspicions were mostly based on moz being scum. I can't help it if my ideas have already been said by others, especially since I replaced in and haven't been able to form cases from the beginning. Anyway, gonna do some rereading/vote analysis.MrBuddyLee wrote:vote: Apokfor a combination of OGML's leading "moz+merans" questions and Apok's flimsy cut-n-paste posting thus far. LOL, does being a jerk generally work well for you in mafia games?MrBuddyLee wrote:

It was a serious question. Sometimes, poison means the character lives for x amount of time before dying. Sometimes, it doesn't.-

Okay, reading back, MBL expressed suspicion of Truant several times, but always in a lost of other people he found suspicious.
This is his most substantial case on Truant;
I don't think he mentions CES at all until the post I commented on previously, where he agrees with what CES has said about him but also calls him more scummy than nopoint.I said Truant is possible scum because he was VERY sure Meransiel was scum, but then switched his vote to me for what you once again call a bad reason, and expressed "100% confidence" in that bad reason. If Meransiel comes up scum, this is damning, because it means the Truant player slot used selective application of a scumtell to move his vote from Meransiel to lock it in "100%" on a townie. This is a reasonable connection to draw, once again for future reference.
Compare that to his gargantuan breakdown of nopoint's post(s).
p-edit: Mozamis is listed in the OP under "swimming with the fishies," so I guess poison is just flavor for the vig role's kills.
The "CES is more scummy" thing stood out to me because it came out of the blue, relatively speaking. MBL has been tunneling on mozamis and nopoint with a couple of scattered mentions of Truant.
Meanwhile, CES has been buddying to MBL (imho) and definitely answering questions directed to MBL about MBL's intents in posts and things like that, which had already caught my eye.
I see a definite connection between the two. I think MBL was putting his scumbuddy Truant into his scumreads but not seriously pursuing it so as not to give others ideas, and then was going to slowly turn this around to a town read - which he started to do in the post where he calls CES scummy BUT he liked what CES was saying.
If one of these two flip scum, I'm going after the other one for sure.
Any thoughts?-

Oh, and I forgot to mention that MBL's "case" on Truant is conditional upon Merensial flipping scum -- which, if MBL and Truant/CES are scumbuddies, they know will not happen.-

Oh, wow, I accidentally inserted my p-edit in the middle.Mod, can you move that to the bottom of the post for readability?-

I dunno, never tried it!Amrun wrote:LOL, does being a jerk generally work well for you in mafia games?
What you've seen vis-a-vis CES and me is a valid observation. We just got done playing a game together in which we nailed the last three scum in the last three lynches after being lynch-or-lose for a month. I have ideas about how to evaluate his alignment, and I imagine he ignores most of what I post and has ideas on how to read me.
@Amrun, how would you order {Truant/CES, nopoint, OGML/Apok} in order of most-to-least-scummiest, and why?
Also,
Got inside info that Meransiel's town?Amrun wrote:Oh, and I forgot to mention that MBL's "case" on Truant is conditional upon Merensial flipping scum -- which, if MBL and Truant/CES are scumbuddies, they know will not happen.dialing in mildly protown reads since 2006
