I think Buttons is reading the game, I guess.

But things like Xine, Conspiracy seem to slide gracelessly past him, like ships in the night. This isn't even a tunnel. This is a wet blanket over his head.

Buttons, commentary on what's going on right now, and some votes that do important things would be nice.

Xine - town or scum, and why?

Conspiracy - Impressions? You reamed MME pretty hard for lurk/flaking, that slot hasn't been THAT much better until now.

first my current readlist:
town: GreyICE, TBM
almost town: Mute
...
scummy: Llamarble, Xine, PR/ConS, Hiraki, MME

I am quite comfortable with my town-list (ICE/TBM): I think GreyICE is self-explanatory, I don't think we should consider a scumgambit like he supposedly pulled off with Krazy while there are other (an quite too many of them) options.
TBM's town-read is basically based on his GreyICE-vote when there was the Krazy/GreyICE-issue. as I pointed out here, Krazy-scum was indeed more likely to be scum with the evidence available at the time and I think if TBM was scum he would have immediately bussed as soon as he saw the Krazy-wagon gaining speed (it really looked like it would go to lynch immediately).

Mute: while I am not so sure as GreyICE, his point does make sense to me. There isn't actually a lot more to say about mute.

After those town reads is the point where it get's fuzzy. Everyone else looks scummy and every time I reread I get different vibes. Of course they can't all be scum, so I must admit that I'm currently a little lost on individual reads.

I think another approach is more useful: team analysis.
I think the following make good scumteams at this point:
Xine/Llamarble
Hiraki/ConS
MME/Xine (this is based mostly on the fact that Xine spent a lot of effort to get MME replaced, which could indicate a help-in-survival.)

the scumteams I cannot see are:
LLamarble/ConS (based mostly on LLamarble's attack on pappums)
Xine/Hiraki (based mostly on the Hiraki sheep of the first Xine-wagon D3)


I think at this point, what we need most is a flip in order to establish a base-line.
I don't think dragging this confusion on is going to help us in the long run.

Nath have you considered all possible combinations for scum-teams? I don't see a llama/Hiraki team, nor xine/MME (or in this case CS), nor MME(now CS)/Hiraki.

Maybe I'm talking out my ass with that.. but I want to re-read D2 to try and find out who would be scum with Llama. I am hesitant to re-read the

entire

game with a xine-town and xine-scum mindset to try and see whether she is in fact a VT or scum, and/or who her partner would/could be with the mindset of her being scum.

I still say Llama is the best lynch, if not today then god damn it D4 better see him hanging in the gallows.

#1 is obvious. Half the reason for asking you is to help me get a read on you. Vote count analysis indicates to me that one out of you and Hiraki is mafia. The other half, of course, is to give me the general idea of what's happened. It's not as easy to notice things when reading through. In particular, a list of who's claim what would be nice.

#2 A fair compromise.

#3 As we're in Day 3 here, you'll probably find i'm more active. I generally lurk on Day 1.

The only thing that has immediately stood out to me from my skimming is the way CS's predecessors and Hiraki's votes have fallon on wagons, I think one of the two is likely mafia. I will work on reading the thread in full and forming actual reads in the next few days.
