Tragedy: first of all, what people have been doing so far is what I intended. I kind of see how you thought what you did, but you are just a fzikiee hlunnkeziki, I guess.
Second, if a castaway has TCVAs, they are using them up in the first however many Tribal Councils they attend. It's not a choice.
