What? Uhm. I'm gonna answer it the way I understand it.
If I'm scum, I can remove my scumbuddy anytime I want even if I give off reads. It's my list anyway and I can just say that I see him as town.

On top of that, it is lazy play, and a frustrating style to play WITH.

Getting a read on me requires reading my posts/votes and analyzing it -and not- reading my reads and what I think about every player is. This is like hating someone not because what he does.. but what he doesn't give.

Your motivation for voting me is because I don't give reads which is not scummy nor anti-town. I believe a townie doesn't need to spread who he thinks is town but rather just find and harass who he thinks is scum.

For others, evasiveness in this game isn't "not giving reads".. it's refusing to take a stand.

B - I think he's scum
C - I think he's null

E - I think he's slightly scum
F - I think he's leaning town

Self-preservation is lurking and fence-sitting. You can still give reads and be scum.
Taking a stand is what you are doing right now(if you are town), you are trying to scumhunt by harassing who you think is scum. Are you giving reads in the process? No.
