seems to have mostly stopped. Very few people have become newly ill today.

1 billion on making food/water/shelter available to starving refugees

3 billion on creating a lot of jobs for refugees repairing the city/building homes/rebuilding everything

3 billion on a missle defense system that fires flares and shit to cause missiles to blow up before impact. Install this system in both Ethernia and Chesstopia (the technology is the hardest part so)
