So this is what kiwi said in the QT. Notice how he isn't even sure what the alliance is against. CSL/Bowser should be considered a traitor now.

I like how kiwi insinuated we were anti-Suvonia. But we're not; only anti-kiwi, considering he has a massive army and is bring all his forces home, probably for a big attack.

Break all current alliances except with Caledonia

considering it's only Drench and CSL/Bowser; I'll keep T-Bone's.

Offer alliances to Draconia, Dinotopia, Fallen Angels, N, Tresa, and Zimbabwean Republic.

A conversation was formed between various leaders for the purposes of debating what to do about nations with an exceptionally large army, and the possibility of a joint defense in case things went sour.
Suvonia was only avoided because the initial topic was on kiwieagle's army in particular (360 700), and his being in Suvonia meant that... something. Ask ani.
But then I decided that it'd be better to consolidate it into a QT. As CSL presumably only gave kiwi the link to the QT and my OP there didn't exactly describe much, he had no idea what was going on.

I'm going to assume that no one really minds me linking this, since it doesn't contain much of consequence and the sooner we clear up this international incident, the better IMO.
