I do apologize for insulting your playstyle. The bottom line is that I was irritated and said something I shouldn't have.

I generally believe that in mafia, you can make 99.9% of the arguments you need to make, ever, without having to name-call. You did not need to call me a jerk, you simply did. I didn't say it was scummy of you, I simply asked that you not do it. That you were in the hospital during the previous game sucks, but the ONLY thing I was connecting from that game to this was your promising of future content, which, if memory serves, you were doing before getting sick. The not-being-around argument was a point I was making independent of previous experience with each other.

With a doctor dead as well as a patient, the attention turned to the other staff. What patient would kill a doctor, when they were all relying on those doctors to get better?

But what motivation does staff have to kill doctors, others argued?

And then, from the back of the room, a nurse was the first to say it.

"The race for Chief of Medicine," she whispered. "Maybe it was got a little too heated..."

The idea took hold and the doctors came under fire.

Eventually, one stood out from the rest. She was talented, but the others questioned her motives.

Happy Sunshine decided to fire her just in case the accusations had any merit.

Singersigner left with her head held high, knowing her accusers were wrong.

The next morning began on a somber note. Happy Sunshine had lost one of its finest doctors yesterday, and why? For a conspiracy theory?

It all felt so silly in the morning. Everyone regretted what had been done to singersigner.

But as a team entered the operating room to prepare for the first surgery of the day, they were in for a nasty shock.

SleepyKrew was supposed to have performed the surgery, but instead, he lay on the surgical table, a bullet between his eyes.

He had been left there as a message; that much was clear. But what message?

No one knew.

A nurse was caught trying to slip some deadly medication into a doctor's cup of coffee, which he had asked the nurse to fetch.

pinkfloyd glared at everyone as he passed after being fired on the spot, but said nothing.

After the naughty nurse had been discharged, spirits rose at Happy Sunshine. Maybe that was all there was to it, just a disgruntled nurse!

The discovery of a new patient's body tore that theory to pieces, though. There was no way a bullet to the head could be passed off as natural causes, after all.

I'd prefer Darth Yoshi, but I'm going to pick my battles here. I'd also accept NS if absoluteely necessary, but I see it as a less than optimal lynch. My guess is the vote etoday is going to go NS, silavor, or me, but here's hoping otherwise.

Also, FTR, in case we do no lynch (which we should) and I am the next NK, I want to say now that contrary to my earlier read, I am currently almost certain that HL is in fact town. Going through PF's votes, all of his votes were, I believe, on confirmed town (tclawren, glowball, singer, etc) except for HL, which to me says that PF wasn't the type to bus, especially with as hard as he was pushing a Hiraki/HL playslot lynch on D1.

Ergo, this means that the remaining scum are almost certainly two of [NS, Q, Sil, TS].

You are correct. Clearly I miscounted, because I didn't think we were in MyLo. I'm not the biggest supporter of a MyLo no lynch, but given the current uncertainty of everything, I can at least condone considering it.
