it's ok guys, I downloaded the starter edition overnight since it's free. Then we'll see whether I actually play it or just watch.

I'll be honest that I watch more than I play. Its worth it to buy it though if only for the campaign and some one-off custom games. The customs aren't as good yet as they have been previously, but that is mainly because of the bad search system.
If you want to play some games (you'll only be able to play as terran from starter) I play Protoss at around a Plat level.

Serious answer: tanks in siege mode. And split your marines if possible. You don't want 2 banelings getting through and killing off all of your marines. Mutalisks are good against tanks that don't have marine support.

Guy cannon rushes me, then BMs me, so instead of just gging and leaving, I send all my probes out of my base and build a new base elsewhere. Eventually he found it, but right before he won he dropped and I got the win.

But I haven't played for 3 weeks, so once I get back in figuring out how to play within the next week or so, I'm probably a few good streaks away from plat (playing half gold/half plat players right now)
As Riot has decided that I can't play LoL anymore due to using a mac I have returned to my true love.
I've got two months of rust to shake off, should be interesting.
Starting off at Rank 75 Masters with a 42% winrate, I expect it will get worse before it gets better.

- I don't care that I'm terrible.
- I don't care that I have work that night at 10 PM and would have to sacrifice sleep
- I don't care that I'd likely have to tether my phone to my computer for a usable internet connection.
