I never said being a better arguer makes you town. What I did say, though, is that having a good case is the key to proving somebody is scum or town, and having a terrible case usually means you're barking up the wrong tree. And terrible cases get destroyed, like yours did.

hold onto that nuke until later in the game for a very strategic kill either when I'm at L-1 about to hammered or when it's MYLO/LYLO.

Except the Nuke has a 72 hours timeblock before CSL actually dies, so you can't go SURPRISE YOU DEAD! with it.
Instead, using it early on a player nobody would EVER give you flak for killing is pretty much trying to earn some free townpoints.
