I know this is a noob question but what does a bodyguard do? Does he protect a townie from getting lynched and die if the person they protected r scum? Is ss17 at l-1 or l-2 atm?

that was stupid of me lol, i still think the initial case against SS was bad but i cant see why he would claim as town. unless hes bg, which is more likely then him being town. look we got 1 missing kp on N2 or something so mafia must know there are either medics or vets in this game. they KNOW that there is most likely another bg, so claiming bg would make no sense. doesnt really matter anymore sicne hes hammered but i still think hes town.

I'm not 100% sure what it does here so I don't think I'm qualified to tell you that.

I don't believe it has anything to do with the lynch. It's a night action.

From the wiki: "A Bodyguard is a role who can target a player at Night to protect them. However, if the protected player is supposed to be killed, the Bodyguard is killed instead ("taking the bullet" for them, as it were). "

and the bodyguard needs a ton of protection? ss17 claimed way to early and I doubt scum would counterclaim at this point in the game. Therefore

As the light filters through from seemingly nowhere, you wake up next to what appears to be a pool of blood.

After a minute, you conclude that it wasn't a pool of blood. Someone just spilled their strawberry milkshake. After wondering for around ten minutes how anyone managed to get a strawberry milkshake down here, you turn to figure out who brought it.

After a head count and no one claiming ownership, concern begins to spread. Someone is clearly dead. You all search for the body, and eventually find it in a small alcove, once again hanging high from the ceiling.

RedFF's mangled body hung there. It was sad; he was one of the most benevolent in the assembly, dedicated to protecting the weak and vulnerable. But this, along with the rest of his life, was very clearly over.

And worst of all, you'll never know how the smoothie got down there.

Two bodyguards tells me there may are probably multiple killing roles in the game (since they are town bgs, most likely an anti-town faction).

I really don't see scum killing red, so I am assuming he protected someone and died. Looking at his most recent reads, eep and hiraki would be who I would suspect him of protecting.

Also, when scum sees town being counterclaimed, they are more likely to take a backseat and let town lynch itself. So I would put scum either at the very end of the wagon or not on it at all. Maybe last 3 (eep, Stevie, sorg) and stringer, taa, and trekker as most likely containing at least 2 scum.

So, I would say sorg and taa are the scummiest of the 6, and Taa is the scummiest of the 2.

I'm thinking there's a vig of some sort, who went after redFF because of what SS17 flipped and said before night started. I wouldn't think that scum would go after red, he was scummy as hell for SS17's flip and in my opinion would have been a quick lynch today had he not been killed. Therefore, what happened to the scum kill?
