This will be a challenge of strategy and skill.

Each team will work together to piece together a 9 entry long series of 9 different numbers (1-9) Note that each number may only be used once in the sequence.

Once both are submitted, I'll reveal the first number in both. The

HIGHER NUMBER

wins. The only exception to this, is that a 1 beats a 9 and ONLY a 9.

When the first round is done, the LOSING TEAM may

REORDER YOUR COMMANDS

to try and outwit the team that won the last round.

The winner will be the team that wins 5 rounds.

You may discuss with your team for this challenge and NO ONE ELSE.

If one team (Team #1) submitted 123456789, and the other (Team #2) 987654321, then the following would happen

From left to right submission order:

1 beats 9, so 1-0 Team 1
8 beats 2, so 1-1 tied
7 beats 3, so 1-2 Team 2
6 beats 4, so 1-3 Team 2
5 ties with 5, so still 1-3 Team 2
6 beats 4, so 2-3 Team 2
7 beats 3, so 3-3 tied
8 beats 2, so 4-3 Team 1
9 beats 1, so 4-4 tied.

Both teams would have 9,2,3,4 and 5 to reorder.

Round 1, Team 1 Beats Team 2 with a 1 to their nine.

Team one's order remains the same. Team 2 has the opportunity to shuffle their order in order to win the next round.

The next round, the next number in each teams sequence is revealed, loser gets to reshuffle.

Both teams have the opportunity to reshuffle.

Numbers that have been used in prior rounds are gone.

There is no... deadline for this challenge. It plays as it goes. However, If I don't get something withing 24 hours, I'll assume you do not want to shuffle your list. You have 24 hours to send your primary lists.
