I don't know how to play this.

If you don't know what to do with the money, copy things others do if you think they'll help, it's what I do. For example, you could build a 'high-tech pharmaceutical industry' (me), or just build factories (plague), build lots of advanced research laboratories (KJ), spend money on better emergency services and hospitals (chesskid), the railway system is already being built for the whole of Suvonia (KJ) and the chemical extraction is long since taken care of (me). You could also come up with something similar yourself, you

can

do pretty much anything in this game

Nah. Seeing as how we're on opposite sides of the map, and assuming the world is round, I think we'd be better off financially by making a trade route across the Beleza Sea. Which, I think, is a great idea. The railways were mostly for Deimoskans; seeing as how we're all landlocked together in a bunch of mountains, roads or airstrips weren't as practical.

Invest 10B towards turning the north-eastern tip of the Alterian Republic into Cape Nereus, a bustling trade center and seaport.

Make sure it has plenty of docks, hire some officials like a harbormaster, extend my roads and railways to reach Cape Nereus.

Once that's done, I'll be able to trade with Calamity Isles and the SU

Although the world is indeed round, it is uncertain how far apart Suvonia and Deimoska are by sea. That's the downside of not making a map at the start
