The SU feels that the words of a presumably mentally unstable woman do not give the Calamity Isles a claim to Intibo. We suggest that an open referendum is held involving all countries that are eligible to absorb Intibo (with the option of them staying self-governed). We also request that none of the countries that wish to nominate themselves spend money on 'advertising campaigns' and only use valid arguments to support their case.
The SU would like to nominate itself on the grounds that it has already successfully absorbed the nations of Arnor, Mistotopia, Cerberus and Kiwani and points to the citizens there that are very happy with their situation. We'd also like to point to Chesstopia. If the arrangement doesn't work out the SU is willing to look for a solution, including letting the country go it's own way again.
