Sketchwick Fibonacci was searching around Corsato's house for a way in. It seemed unlikely that Corsato would have left a window open, and indeed he hadn't. That didn't stop Sketchwick however. He heard someone whistling approaching. As he peered around the corner of the house he saw Corsato taking off his Mason lodge hat. After being shot he fell to ground and crushed said hat.
"That wasn't a very nice thing to do." said somebody behind Sketchwick. Sketchwick whirled around to see a gun pointed right at his face.
"I was told the Avogadros weren't going to be anywhere near here tonight?"
"I'm not with the Avogadros," said the shooter. A shot to the forehead killed Sketchwick.

Meanwhile, Neo was returning from his nightly actions as well. He was jumped by an Avogadro and the entire contents of his medical bag spilled out. It was a short struggle before the scum killed Neo.

Corsato, Mason* and Neo, doctor have been killed by the Mafia. Sketchwick Fibonacci has been killed by the vigilante. 6 to lynch, Mike Amok and Jeep will be replacing dethwing and Duke, respectively.

*Corsato was not the intended target of the Fibonaccis, I screwed up. Please see following discussion for more information.

I've got a horrible confession to make. I've blundered A horrible blunder, one a Mafia moderator ought never to make. Fear of such a mistake was one of the reasons I had previously decided to no longer moderate Mafia games, but for some unknown reason certain people insisted I give it another shot. You may all rest assured that I will not be moderating again for quite a while, though perhaps I shall continue to come up with ideas and pass them to other mods.
So what is this error that has caused such a decision? I've accidentally informed you all of the death of the wrong person. I fear there is little I can do at this stage, but I send my

Of course I cannot return to this game with any other role then my own, but that one is revealed. Two possibilities imo:
1) Make me alive once again, in my original role, Of course everyone would know my role. The maf will get the right night choice.
2) Don't do anything. I'm still dead, game continues. The maf nightkill will be changed. You probably have to consult this with the maf family though.

Nr2 is the best, not because I like being dead, but because it doesn't affect the gameplay much.

Just let that family decide? I dunno. I'd imagine most people saw the role, so the Mafia might want it running around. On the other hand, they'll have additional info they might use. Just let them decide what happens.

For what a dead mafia member's opinion is worth, I say let the kill stand, a doc and a [CENSORED] died that night, I don't see how the mafia can complain. To top it all off the town can't ask, "Why was corsato killed?" It's perfect really.

well, truth be told, i didn't actually see corsato's role. i probably glanced over it, but i really just checked to see that sketch was dead and haden't been protected and screwed up my only chance. after that, i just got mad because IS voted for me (@IS) so i didn't really come back to read it again...
so to sum up the previous paragraph: i didn't see his role.

Sketchwick was the one who sent in the decision that I mismarked, and since he wants to let it stand I guess I will. Yes there are some advantages, but for all he knows his intended target may have been an Avogadro. The tradeoff is that the Fibonaccis don't get a chance to see if they could've had a better kill. I'm sure that doesn't make Corsato feel any zippier though.

I've also forgotten completely what's going on in this game. mith is a Cop, right? And Porro claimed he was a Traitor, and SK says she's a one-time vigilante. I'm a Townie, if that helps any. I would make a list like I did for Mafia 1, but I'm too busy right now. Later, I guess.

oh, nobody should have known my role till i announced it. i just don't like when IS goes and randomly attacks people, because then he gets into his "i'm the paragon of all mafia hunters" schtick and it just bugs me. so, to save time arguing against him and beating down the bandwagon that would have eventually formed against me, i jsut decided to state my role, making my day much easier.
and sorry for making it seem like he should have known my role, sometimes i forget and assume that everyone knows what i do...*sheepish grin* oops....
anywho(thats such a fun word-"anywho"- ), i also claimed my role because as of now, i can't do much of anything to help the town except for voting. personally, i find the role of townie, very boring and maybe that's why i don't think very highly of myslef when i have that role...and since, i could only kill once, (i thought i made that clear too, but whatever) i am permanently a helpless townie, you know..just voting and not being productive and stuff...ugh! i hate not being useful. it's so blah!

so, as of today, where are we? q said he was a townie, but i have no idea how we're gonna confirm that. i'de suppose lynching would work, but if he's right, we're down one more townie, you know?

BAH! Our role is one of the best to have! We can spout off our mouths making the mafia nervous that we might know something. If we get lynched, it can help investigators determine stuff. And we can use logic and reasoning to determine who is mafia! I don't really understand why the role of townie has gotten such a bad rap.
