I'm fine with it. Wasn't sure about Nuwen, and damn well not sure about Fate. But he makes a convincing argument from the perspective of someone that's played with her / hydra'd with her. And Staeg's ISO is abject bullshit--- 51 posts and almost none of it taking a clear stance anywhere.

Personally, when the night phase comes, I'm gonna try and dig up what I can regarding hascow.
Join me on my quest to play every NES game! Some of them are awful.

Kuribo's read is foolproof: one night he was high on NyQuil, and he's ancestors reveiled Aureal's alignment to him. - Dessew

Well, I haven't taken a stance mostly since I don't have a stance on anything that isn't mentioned in my ISO.

^Thats the problem Staeg. I dont think you've done anything memorable. Even now at L-1 instead of giving reads or trying to illustrate why your town, all I'm getting is this blasé attitude.

There's nothing screaming that I want you around. And with noone else glaring, there's no reason not to see you hang, and see what tomorrow brings.

Yeah, that's the problem: I'm not worth anything to the town atm. I have practically no reads. I can't prove my towniness without reads.

I was about to unvote because this seems rushed regardless of Staeg's alignment, but seriously? "I'm not worth anything to the town"? MAKE YOURSELF USEFUL THEN. I see no L-1 town here, just scum refusing to give us any further info.

In post 689, Thestatusquo wrote:Amrun, you do realize, of course, that your argument is entirely wifom. If you're justifying something by saying "I just dont see X doing something as scum." you are, right there, creating the powerful motivation for scum players to do exactly what you are claiming they wouldn't do. Plus there is added motivation because they get to get townie points for doing something that is already in their interests in defending a buddy. Please think about what you're arguing here.

Yeah, so what? I'm not trying to convince anyone, just stating my opinion. Opinions are sometimes influenced by wifom. Too bad so sad.

In post 692, Fate wrote:Nuwen wasn't buddying Yosarian because she was trying to get one of his town reads lynched? Youu really ARENT that dense.

That's a disagreement of reads, which any alignments can have. Where she was BUDDYING Yosarian is when, and this happened DIRECTLY after I replaced in and derped around. She chainsaswed (one of the better ways to buddy: attack people calling your target scum. It has more finesse than just sucking someones cock and calling them obvtown) IMMEDIATELY and called Yosarian's wagon "full of scum" and tried to paint it like there were all scum on Yos' wagon.

And now that Katuski's flipped you see she was effectively setting herself up for credit on a Katsuki flip which would also put her highly in Yosarian's eyes (Yos also being one to call Katsuki scum for awhile). Now Nuwen WOULD powerbus Katsuki the second she got the chance, I know that she hates his useless herpderp meta with a passion.

I might load up the cache later and get direct quotes, but I doubt that its contention. Anyone thats not scum (Amrun) and read even half of Nuwen's ISO D1 knows she was way up Yos' ass.

Also she was replaced by the more easily read Staeg who has played the "OH NO WHATS GOIN ONNNNNN" card, tried to get the obvtown DV lynched, thinks Tierce is scum, etc.

Staeg also hasn't dropped his 100% towntell that I have on him and probably won't share. It'd be more obvious to others but most of the Staeg/Fate games got lost in the crash.

Okay, I get where you're coming from, and concede your greater experience with Nuwen.

It doesn't really change my gut read that Nuwen was town, but I get what you're saying.

p-edit: WIFOM isn't a logical fallacy. Bzzt try again.

I don't really give a shit what you think I sound like. One of the biggest problems with mafia is that people are always so concerned with how they sound and not with how they actually think.

What does that have to do with anything? I can think something sounds fake and still not care what you think. I don't see how that's a contradiction.

Because the cop said she was town.

I don't think Staeg is blue scum. You don't push one scum buddy to the front while the other scum buddy is taking heat. Even if Katsuki is 'useless'. If he just wanted to bus Molla was kind of right there.

You 'can think something sounds fake', Amrun.
You
constantly do that.
When someone else does, insults come a-flying, and you apparently don't give a damn what someone you think is town/not-bluescum thinks, and yet still want people to follow your line of thought and wagon your scumreads.

I'm fascinated by the hypocrisy and anti-teamwork reasoning of that mindset, and wondering how you think that is a reasonable behavior from town.

PEdit: THANK YOU, kuribo.

Confrontational? I'm explaining how your behavior is anti-teamwork, because you dismiss what people you call town say.

You often insult the intelligence of people you call town without explaining what exactly is wrong with their views. FATE and KURIBO may rage, but they show what's wrong and know how to work with someone.

Ngh. Have to go study the Vanillaside to see if scumrun pulls this obnoxious behavior regardless of alignment, but I think she's far more mellow as scum.

It matters when the idea is presented that Staeg is specifically blue scum, which is why I asked in the first place.

Paranoid contradictions like that sound like something town would do more then scum, Tierce. Scum don't forget what they're pushing so easily.

Fate is the one defending blue-Staeg. Is anyone else in this wagon using the same premise? I'm not. If Staeg is redscum caught for the wrong reasons, I don't really care.

I DID. You'll get it. I still have to format it, which may happen later today because HUH RELEVANT FOR META AND I FORGOT. ;_;

Fate's not even pretending to hunt red-scum anyway, so whether he's powerbussing Staeg or he really thinks Staeg is blue-scum doesn't change the fact that Staeg's behavior is scummy as shit in a pond.

You're right I'm not pretending, I'm flat out saying I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOU RED TEAM, SAVE YOUR BULLETS I WANT BLUE DEAD FIRST.

Last time I checked you can only lynch one a day, my reads for red are pretty fucking clear but I'm not going to even TOUCH them until all blue are flipped. You got a problem with that? You want to "Even up" the kills first? You're not even pretending to be town are you Kuribo. "LOOK GUIZ FATES ONLY HUNTING ONE TEAM THAT HAS LESS PEOPLE LEFT"

"So?"

"SO UH

SO UH ITS SCUMMAY RIGHT?"

lol

Uh, it's NOT anti-teamwork, and what do you EXPECT me to do, go "Oh, Tierce, you're right! That post was fake!"

That post was 100% genuine, and I know because I POSTED IT.

I haven't insulted your, or anyone else's, intelligence at all. That's what I mean by confrontational. You're making things up.
