Voided is right. I would like to apologize for the way I reacted to everyone involved.

I have a long history of over-reacting like that when something annoys me. You'd think at my age (35 in August) I'd have learned to ignore that impulse and think things over before responding.

I even had a long post (now deleted sadly) written that I was coming to the thread to post when I saw mafia-n00b's post that set this whole thing off.

@Mod: If you will allow it I'd like to retract the self-hammer and continue from where we were before Post #338 that triggered this whole thing. If not I understand.

This will officially be my last post until our mod returns from v/la Sunday and responds.

Then DLG comes in with #324 that feels all kinds of wrong. Finding Jackal scummy and then pushing Hoopla as a potential partner wouldn't be completely crazy, but he pushed it a package straight away and there's absolutely no "Hey, I think I've caught the scum team!" vibe. It feels like a premeditated "Okay, I'm going to lose my partner but let's see if I can't get a free mislynch out of it." #365 features more shallow Hoopla-Jackal reasoning.

Do you think that it makes sense to power through two lynches to protect Player A simply because you don't think Player A is a likely partner for Player B when the alignment of Player B remains unknown? Do you think Hoopla was not the primary driver of those two Day 1 lynches?

Yeah, I pushed it as a package. When I read through upon replacing in, izakthegoomba, Hoopla, and Jackal711 all looked like they had culpability in both mislynches. At start of Day 2, izakthegoomba was dead, so that eliminated that.
