I am the cop.

This is a claim. It may be very early for a cop claim, I don't know. But it is. I'm about to change directions pretty dramatically again, based on the results of my investigation, so that's why I'm claiming now. It would be awesome to get a mass claim following, but I recognize there's a risk that won't happen.

My first night's investigation was TheHossaim (Zorblag.) He turned up innocent.

That was why, while I was perfectly willing to lynch him day 1, I refused to day 2.

My second night's investigation was Majiffy. He also turned up innocent.

I was completely convinced he was scum. (Sorry man.) So it's time to change tack again.

Of the 3 remaining people (194, Robocopter87, nhammen) I have a null read on 194 and town reads on Robo and nhammen. As such, and considering that I think Zorblag made some pretty good points in 659:

If RachMarie flips scum (and I think there's a pretty decent chance that's what we'll have happen) we're not in LyLo. I probably mass claim anyhow just because 2 days of night actions is so much to work with from any power roles. Suspicion-wise then I'd currently start with 194 and Majiffy, but even though I think he's town don't forget Robocopter87. If I'm around (which would surprise me) I'll have more to say, but beyond that I'll leave it to the rest of you to figure things out.

As a last comment I'll note that 194 is still staying out of the game for the most part. He participated when I hounded him for it, but as soon as the pressure was off he dropped back to the background. He's been on today with two players at L-1 (neither of which he's voting for) and has had nothing to add to the game. Keep the pressure on him and make him contribute. Possibly he just needs to be lynched as he's got a fair chance of being scum no matter what RachMarie's alignment is, but that'll be a call for tomorrow.

Stating intent to hammer. 194 is the right choice. Robo is the only other pick that makes sense (excepting 194) with Thor dying before Hoss since his claim was apparently legit.

Also we're at a 50/50 setup is doc/cop. Could still be doc/vt or doc/jk. We'll see if a counterclaim arises from either nhammen or 194.

Yeah, I would probably investigate Robo if 194 flips town. Probably won't get the results, but well.

I'm sorry, but I think this is not possible. Because...

In Night 1, I investigated Robo. His playstyle looked vry suspicious and, while I had a town read on him, I wanted to make sure he wouldn't flip scum. As expected, he appeared as innocent.

In Night 2, my investigation was towards Maffijy. As you know (because you know who is townie as you knew Rach was scum), he's innocent. I was really dissapointed of myself when I knew this, and I had no lead of anyone else... until you had the bad idea of claiming cop.

I don't get why that would have lost him the game. He probably thought he'd get hammered if he didn't lie. So far it seems to be working, actually -- you wouldn't have voted for me had he not done it.

I read Mastin's post quite a while back. (Don't remember, exactly.) I didn't read the whole thread.

I probably should have paid more heed to it, especially the first night (skimming it now.) I actually expected Hossaim to die the next day, and I wanted to know if it was the right guy. I didn't want to lynch the wrong guy.

Second night - my other consideration was 194, actually. I ended up deciding that Majiffy has more influence, and getting him confirmed town would have more weight. Also, I was more convinced he was scum.
