After Arkham Horror 3 is over (it will likely be over within 4-5 turns or less) I was thinking about running a VASSAL game of
Betrayal at House on the Hill
. I've never ran a game of that before but I've wanted to for a long time. It's interesting because of the large deal of randomness involved in the game's progress, and partway through, one of the (6) players becomes a "traitor" and works against the other players.
So, what if I got a game of The Sims 3 going and allowed people to decide which Scummers would be put into the game and design their traits/personalities/etc? I could either let the AI handle itself or influence certain events. Might make for a fun social thread.

Not as bad as my rate when I play Shadow Hunters. 20 out of 20 games as Unknown. And a good number of those had me only get 1 or 2 Hermit cards per game.

I'd love this, Reck. Awesome idea, IMO. START IT UUUP.

By the way, if you plan to or have pre-/inned to my upcoming BaHotH game, and you are reading up on the rules in preparation early on, please DO NOT read the
Secrets to Survival
or
Traitor's Tome
. Both of these are available online in PDF form and contain MAJOR SPOILERS to the game, pretty much meaning you will not be allowed to play due to having hidden knowledge.

I believe UltimaAvalon (could be wrong, maybe MoS) and I have tried to run a Big Brother with the Sims, but they always get abandoned. I think just letting it play out would be fairly fun too.
There will be no kisses tonight
There will be no holding hands tonight
'Cause what is now wasn't there before and should not be
I'm currently creating a small setup/map etc for a mini game that I'll run as a test to see what might need improvement, what doesn't work out, etc.
I'll be taking 5(ish) people. Should have the thread up tonight if I'm done.
Note it won't be exactly like Zork in the sense it'll have more than one person in the game, and the main objective is to be the first to escape from the work of "Zork", but in general it'll have very similar.
vezokpiraka: If you are playing on EUNE we can duo.
chesskid3: I play on NA because i enjoy my freedom.
So, holiday season coming up. Plenty of people have time off. So, who would like to try a Marathon Survivor game again? We did one way back last year, tried to schedule another one, but then the tigers ate MS and all hope for it was lost.
Interested in hosting a casual game of "Who Would Win in a Fight" with no boundaries on contestants or participants.
(Book/Movie/TV Show/Cartoon Characters, Graphic Novel Superheroes/Villains, Political figures, Celebrities, Scummers, BE CREATIVE.)
It would be a WotC-type deal for the "fights", with discussion and voting
