so we have some scenarios with which to work with:

1 - ft is really the town cop and viewed majiffy and majiffy is scum
2 - ft is cult and tried to recruit majiffy and it failed cos majiffy is scum and is making a gambit to get scum lynched cos it works out better for his team if scum is lynched cos he will get a recruit in tonight unless the cult team suicides when he dies. I bet he will be the night round's scum nk though unless scum want to keep him around though in order to cull the numbers if ft were actually cult.

ft is not the lynch for the day. majiffy is.

I find it unlikely for ft to pull this gambit as scum. I find it unlikely for him to do it with an unsuccessful recruit as sole cult leader either.

I think we started with 2 scum (hi thor!) and 1 cult leader. an ft flip would provide some of that info but why would we lynch him? cos town will not want to do that, not with the read and reasons he gave, let scum deal with him if he is cult or a pr. if we have a doc you know what to do.

so at this moment town could be dealing with 2 scum and 2 cult and 4 town. those are hard odds for town. if we lynch majiffy and he flips scum and then scum will deal with ft then and town is in a better position to navigate towards a town win. if ft flips cult then that is a done deal. if ft flips town cop then he just steered the game into a town victory and broke it wide open.

the weirdest reaction to all of this is rach's. she has been trying to make deals since d2 started which is what cult/indies tend to do. if ft flips town cop this is your cult leader right here I am thinking. unless it is voided with a rach recruit and that would kind of make sense wrt rach's 180 on thor and majiffy.

I feel good about jacob cos either team would want him around for endgame. notice how nobody is even

looking

at him when he has dropped some clanger posts. cult could recruit him later or scum could pin a lynch on him in lylo.

a majiffy flip would also clear hd.

to the players who are actually town in this game, is this making sense?

Now that it is over, I can state that I had some major issues come up with the game I was modding. I will look at this game, maybe even look at some finished cult games to better understand the game mechanics here. I feel a bit out of my depth here.

My answer to Mollie's wall was actually handled by two other posters, but my quick reply is - basicaaly she made up some ideas about what I was thinking, and then called me questionable because they didn't match up with my actions or what I was saying (oddly, both of those match, only her presumptions of my thoughts don't...go figure)

2) Town needed my kills on cult to survive.
3) Town lost pretty much unless Cult is only 2-shot culting with a total of 3 members.

There are a number of problems with peoples' arguments I could have pointed out but frankly I wasn't given the time. Particularly with Mollie whom was pointing out scenarios and ignoring the obvious ones (Like HD is fucking cult leader hello)

Mollie is town, FT is either culted cop or still town cop, wouldn't expect him to stay town for long though, now that he has been confirmed, you cunts.
Savage is town, potentially culted last night or future cult.
