You can put it through the plato fun factory, and make spaghetti out of it. You shouldn't eat it, but if you do, your poop turns different colors."

The 6 steps is from a social experiment entiltled six degrees of separation. The main experiment involved sending letters out to random addresses across the united states, with instructions to the recipients to get the letters to a person who lived in a town (without giving the address of this person). Each participant was supposed to send the letter to someone they though could get it closer, under the requirement they knew the person personally. Once the letters arrived at the final address, the number of stops they made were tallied. The findings were simple: it rarely took more than 6 stops. Extrapolate this to the world. Then there are perverse versions like the Kevin Bacon one.-

That's pretty interesting though cs.
Hmm, before i forget, though this isn't the best place to ask, what are you taking at UW cuban? Cause I live in Waterloo and I applied for engineering this year...was wondering if any COOP i'd take could get me to the dominican republic"Still looking for one, heh" Dragon Phoenix, inside the 2nd DP9 Modprod.-

Having taken engineering at Waterloo, I don't recall any postings from the Dominican. A friend of mine did get a posting in Mexico, though. Also, if you're interested in working abroad and/or development issues, join Engineers Without Borders and apply for an internship (the Waterloo chapter has sent people to India, Nepal, Guinea, and Uganda to my knowledge).-

I don't know why I feel need to post this, but the experiement was run by psychologist Stanley Milgram.cuban smoker wrote:The 6 steps is from a social experiment entiltled six degrees of separation. Waterloo is great. I have three Eng roommates, It's tough, but they love it. The job was not aquired through co-op . Instead, I had been working for NEstle CAnada for 5 summers through highschool and into Uni. I took a co-op job with CanTire before this 3rd work term, when I sent emails and resumes to people I knew from Nestle that had moved on to position in Switzerland, UK and DR. DR hit big. Actually, I got an offer from Switzerland for after I graduate. Business connections are extremely valueable. I feel no shame.
EWB is a really good program too. One of roommates is involved. I'll see what I can get from him.-

That was creepy as hell.
Nestle Canada JUST called my house as i read this, and asked for my brother about a job interview.
As for EWB, I have thought about it, its pretty cool, and i'll probably give it a shot. As for Waterloo, after much consideration, if I do end up getting in (damn profile forms im tryin to do now), i still might not end up there, McGill might just be too tempting if i get accepted there. Then again the program I want most is at Carleton (Aerospace Eng.)
Besides, I live in Waterloo, and if I stay here than I'd have to live with/near my parents for another 4 years.... (screw that. good school, annoying parents..)"Still looking for one, heh" Dragon Phoenix, inside the 2nd DP9 Modprod.-

Yeah, but dial-up connections keep timing out...
wait for it...
The position would actually be in Internal Audit, which is basically a world tour of Nestle Offices for a couple years. That would be quite the experience. It's still a couple years off though. Stupid 5 year co-op double degree program.-

I hate to be a party pooper and all, but I think it might be beneficial to take this discussion elsewhere.MUNSCM Delegate for the United Kingdom

Well... lots of people do. Just believe me, don't just choose a title because you can have one. Maybe not taday, maybe not tomorrow, but one day you will be sorry you made such a desicion. My title is just stupid and in no way relative to mafia. Just look at it, making a fool of myself... Stop mocking me!
